We added the Aitaca virtual sizer to our site about a year ago and it has been accurate the whole way through. Not one problem with it. Biggest thing for us is exchanges has gone down which is the whole reason why we wanted to offer a virtual ring sizer to our customers for not only a better service but so they have an accurate way to size up there fingers without going into a jewellery store. Team behind it are friendly and easy to work with as well. Very happy customer and highly recommend.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Pete, and he is a legend! He has truly made the whole process a breeze. We were on a mission to tackle a pain point in our business, helping customers determine their ring size and whether a particular style would suit them, especially for those who haven’t worn jewellery before. I’m pleased to say that we’ve successfully addressed this issue. Plus, we’re seeing an increase in our average order value, which was another goal we were working on.
SUPER helpful customer service!! Judy would reply really quickly and any custom requests were completed promptly with pictures to help explain. They are also so patient and nice :)

This app has been so good for the social proof of our business! We started using another review app but switched to Okendo and it has been so much better! Highly recommend! Being a ring brand we get a lot of people wanting to exchange sizes. Initially we had a manual system that was time consuming and just a pain. I heard about PostCo through a friend and have absolutely zero regrets! It's made our whole returns & exchange process so simple and freed up a lot of time for us to work on other areas of our business. You can set up custom rules specific to your business which has been unreal! Melisa has been our main point of contact and she is absolutely AMAZING!
