Really helpful support team
Simple to use, but it has some really sophisticated features if you want to dig below the surface. Very active development team too, so there are always new updates and improvements. Can't wait to see what they add next!

Please give us the option to remove the default URL parameters. The tool adds '?utm_content=Facebook_UA&utm_source=facebook' to all our product links and it causes issues with tracking. (I've tried going to https://help.shopify.com/en/support/topic-select/sales-channels/sell-on-facebook-or-instagram as per your other responses; and it just redirects to the generic Shopify help page 'https://help.shopify.com/en'. Please give me an email address to contact instead.)
Awful experience, dreadful service and woeful project management. 6 months after signing up we are still waiting to use the tool. They seem incapable of managing a project or providing any form of support.

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback, I'm sorry to hear about the delays you're experiencing. Not to make excuses in any way, but the setup for your account is more complicated than is usually required from our customers and is requiring some significant development on our behalf to get you up and running in line with what you require operationally. Again, not an excuse, but some explanation in the spirit of transparency. Really good app - has allowed us to recapture sales that we would otherwise have lost when being out of stock. Love how it integrates into the store.
The app is OK - a few bugs here and then, can't complain too much when it was free. The new pricing is ridiculous - more than we pay for either Shopify or Xero - we'll be uninstalling unless this changes.
Really easy to use, great app!
