Amazing app and outstanding customer support! Alexandru and Mohamed were incredibly helpful — they completely redesigned the layout to match my website perfectly. They also implemented the new features I requested very quickly and even created a new dashboard for the “New Customer Dashboard” provided by Shopify. I’ve tried other apps like Custlo, which offers more options than Froonze, but their support was extremely slow and unwilling to solve the issues I faced. With Froonze, it’s the opposite....their team responds within a few hours, listens carefully, and actually delivers results. If you’re considering Froonze, go for it and you won’t regret it! Truly an amazing app with a fantastic, responsive team. Highly recommend !

The support team is absolutely amazing! They helped me install the app on my theme and even assisted with redesigning the widget to fit perfectly. Their response time is incredibly fast, and their professionalism is top-notch—this is by far the best app support I’ve ever experienced! I was a bit disappointed to learn that the widget can't be added to the Checkout page unless you're on a Shopify Plus plan, but that's a Shopify limitation—not the app's fault. Overall, this is a fantastic app, and I’m excited to test it out with my customers. Highly recommended!

Doenst work at all ! For each sale channel you need years to speak with customer support and they answer once daily and you must fix with them each channel which doesnt work at all ! I was use for years and I wrote over 1500+ emails with their customer and when we solve problem, new problem appear. This app change variants ad make them separated and system publish each variant separetly ! I used it for Wish and Amazon and this was horrible experience ! Also when Wish charged penalties, this app made me errors which costed me over 240$ in penalties ! Avoid this app at all ! I asked for refund and they didnt gave me it ! They present that Koongo has integration with marketplaces, but when you try it this doesnt work !

App is realy great and shows you how much you save on picture. I contact app support and them support is soo kind and polite. Them operator James helped me a lot! He gave me 500MB welcome gift and he stayed with me though all proces. I am soo satisfied with this app. I must admit, I didnt expect to much kidness, but I got more than to much. them app saved me 231MB and speed up site! I tried to optimized pictures manually and James gave me automaticaly options. App automaticaly optimized 2500 pictures and save my store and site speed. I strongly recomended this amazing app and this amazing support ! They are amazig and awersome. In first few minutes you will see nothing happens, but app need time. Hello everybody. I found app on Internet before. App is amazing and all CJ agent is great.They are very warm and frendly people. They have online chat and this is very helpful. I must praise Amy Lian, Celia Yang,Francis, Robert, Howard and Meera. I recomended this agent ;) . I think CJ will be better than Ali baba group ( AliExpress, AliBaba, 1688, etc) for few years. You will lose a lot if you didnt coperate with them. I strongy recomended it and if you chose them shipping them information will be hidden which is great. I strongly recomended this app and all them agent. I was personal test them order and orders arrived before limit for sending time. I was more then happy when I saw they made and add app on Shopifly.
