We installed this app to help mitigate the costs associated with damaged and lost parcels. Rajan was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the setup process, taking the time to configure the app to meet our specific requirements. Does not let me setup. In Configuration Wizard there are 3 Steps, Setup Insurance Plan, Finish Setup, and Enable. Per the Guide once I create an Insurance Plan and click the Next button it should take me to Step 2 - Finish Setup ... but it doesn't .. just stays on the Step 1.

We added Insureful to Amaluna Vogue mainly to reduce headaches from lost and damaged parcels — and it's done exactly that. we installed the app and scheduled a meeting to understand how to set up the system as we have a very large store with thousand of products and orders a month, the time for the meeting was 10:30 PM as the support team does not work on USA time.... WHATCH THIS... even after getting an email reminding us of the meeting NOBODY SHOWED UP, so we had to overpay our team to attend a meeting where the support and customer service did not even care to show up, cancel or reschedule... this tell you EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THIS APP AND COMPANY...

The app developers are helpful and knowledgeable about Shopify. We had some very specific needs for our store and they were very accommodating and made multiple customizations. Would recommend just based on the support.

The support team is absolutely amazing! They helped me install the app on my theme and even assisted with redesigning the widget to fit perfectly. Their response time is incredibly fast, and their professionalism is top-notch—this is by far the best app support I’ve ever experienced! I was a bit disappointed to learn that the widget can't be added to the Checkout page unless you're on a Shopify Plus plan, but that's a Shopify limitation—not the app's fault. Overall, this is a fantastic app, and I’m excited to test it out with my customers. Highly recommended!

over $3,000 in lost revenue! We installed this app to add a shipping-protection widget. Onboarding was quick and the team was responsive over email at first (credit where due). However, I explicitly instructed support not to test or activate anything on our live theme and to use an inactive theme until I approved screenshots. Despite that, they pushed changes live during a major promotion, which immediately hurt performance. We recorded a 1.1% conversion rate drop and over $3,000 in lost revenue in a single day. I deactivated the widget and reiterated not to touch the live theme—yet it was turned back on again. When I asked for accountability and escalation to a manager/founder, I was told the app “was already active” and they declined responsibility instead of handing the matter to a professional. The lack of safeguards, basic change-control, and ownership here is unacceptable for any merchant spending real money on traffic. Pros: quick initial replies Cons: disregard for live-theme safety, no change management, no escalation/ownership after causing measurable losses If you install, insist on strict staging/testing protocols and written confirmation that nothing will touch the live theme without your explicit approval. I cannot recommend this app based on our experience.

Insureful app is very good. Must recommended. Provides all the features that you want for your store. Their service/support is awesome , whenever I got stuck they helped me in the best way they can and it was quick too.I have asked some feature that was not provided in app and they provided without any extra cost usually no one do that.

This app really is a game-changer. The customer service is great, but what I love most is how it puts me in charge of my own insurance. With traditional policies, you always end up paying more than you ever get back. And in this case, you are always in control.

Rajan was very helpful. I had had some issues in setting up the plan - not being IT competent - and he resolved those for me and answered a few other questions too. It's a good app and as well as potentially income generating protects the vendor

Absolutely love this app. Best customer service and most importantly the best way to manage your insurance. Insurance is a losing game, you always end up paying the insurer more than what they pay you back. So this is a much better option.

Works & Configurable. Wish there was a more convenient control over the percentage based insurance brackets - I'd like to generate more precise brackets in the lower end and less precise in the higher. Outside of that, very good

When the shipping protection widget is enabled, the app creates a product with 100 SKUs for percentage-based pricing (ranging from $1 to $99.98). The widget calculates a protection fee based on the cart total and your set percentage, then selects the nearest higher-priced variant. For example, if 2% of a $220 cart is $4.40, the widget will display the closest higher variant, $5.04. WHAT??

Installed the app a couple of Month ago - and recently i noticed that the Mobile part did not add insurance to the cart. When I contacted support they analyzedand discovered an issue with my theme and went all out to fix the issue. What I really liked is that they took ownership and worked on a solution. Well done. !!
