The app works great, but more importantly Axel is extremely responsive and helpful. I've run into a couple of issues during the years I've been using this EDP, and both times he was quick to respond and he even stuck with me for a number of weeks as we worked with Shopify to resolve an odd and very specific issue I was experiencing. Highly recommended!

This app solves a fundamental issue for our store super elegantly and with hardly any oversight/setup. In addition, whenever I have run into a slight issue, Harold has been very quick to respond and help me get it resolved. Highly recommended!

Report Pundit is super powerful and can run just about any report you can imagine. This is a great thing, but can also be a bit confusing. However, the customer support if fantastic and if you ever run into issues they’ll help you create the report you need very quickly via the live chat. Definitely recommended.
I had a few issues with the initial setup, but the support team from Rise was super responsive and went above and beyond to get things up and running. Would definitely recommend.

Super easy install and the free plan gave me exactly what I needed to replace the native integration I was previously using through Shopify.
I’ve only started using this app, but it’s giving me exactly what I need. Almost more importantly for me, the experience I had with support was excellent.

I needed to transfer my customers and orders from one Shopify store to another, and EZ Importer gave me exactly what I was looking for! In addition, Ralph (co-founder and developer) was extremely responsive and helpful in answering any questions I had along the way. Strongly recommended!
