Originally, I used ReConvert to help with post-purchase upsells. When it worked, it worked fairly well. During our peak periods, it increase AOV 10-15%. Over time it was less effective, despite keeping the settings the same ... I cannot give reasons why things changed. Several of our users on mobile and desktop mentioned the upsells post purchase were somewhat confusing, "in your face" and/or they tried to apply the timer coupons but they didn't work. We decided to switch to Cart Upsell Drawer app in order to provide a better user experience. The configuration interfaces can be a little clunky, and hard to understand, but the results were fairly great. Ultimately, different apps can work well your store, only you can decide. I'd recommend you test ReConvert, and I'd recommend you test out other upsell apps as well to see what works. Always be testing.

Amazing customer service. Ty has been super service oriented, and suggested some best practices to get us off to a good start. I'm looking forward to seeing how this pans out, and will be tracking our AOV closely.

Yotpo features, but awesome price. Judge.Me guys rock. They are so helpful when we change themes, to make sure it's setup and looks good. That's stellar service. I'm so happy with that. I'd pay $10 extra. But you don't charge, and that's the best kind of service. Filling a need we didn't know we needed, but still had, and without asking. Bamn, bad ass business. Judge.me fan forever. Yotpo isn't worth it.

Great software, but the pricing is a big problem for small and new businesses. We found Judge.me to be a better and more affordable option for our needs. Their $15/month plan has 95% of what Yotpo has for 3% of the cost.

Helpful software, we decided Judge.me was a better app and software for the price than Loox. Some of the common features in the $15/month Judge.me are not available with Loox until you pay $49 or $99/month.

Stamped.io offers an incredible service ... but we found that Judge.me is better for our needs. The pricing for stamped.io is cost prohibitive for small businesses, and some of the key features are not available until you pay $99/month ... which is more than we spend on our Shopify Plus plan. I wish Saas developers priced their apps better, or offered a price per result offer. No doubt this software has taken a lot of time and energy to develop, but it's not worth the price for us.

Rad, works fast and easily. I would recommend this app for people looking to speed up their site and increase conversions.

3rd and Final Review (Neutral) Ryan wrote to me to express his concern about my experience with Deepmine. He also generously refunded our costs for using Deepmine for 2016. I appreciate his willingness to make things right. Wishing him and this app the best. 2nd Review (Negative) Do Not Buy. Deepmine hasn't updated their code or added anything of value in over a year. They released a "new" version in 2015, but it's worse than the old version. They don't deserve your money, because they aren't working for it. They responded to feature updates and requests with "we'll think about it" and other dismissive phrases. 1st Review (Semi-Negative) Because we are over 5,000 orders, the app charges us $20 per month. That's $240 / year which I don't think this app is worth by any stretch of the imagination. I'd easily pay $120/year, or even $150 for the number of usages, but $20 is hilarious considering shopify costs us $30/month and does about 1000 other things for us. This software does a few things, and doesn't even do them well.

The Shippo app for Shopify is a game changer for our store. Ever since installing it has worked hard to make sure our shipping process is as quick as possible. We've had a slew of suggestions and improvements, all of which were well received and often implemented by Shippo. They are improving daily and it's fun to be benefiting from such an amazing software that is FREE too.
