Absolut schneller und kompetenter Support! Anfrage innerhalb von Sekunden reagiert und ich konnte die Spracheinstellungen der Feeds innerhalb von wenigen Minuten ändern. Bravo! Überhaupt ist die App ein absolutes Must-Have für uns. Preis-Leistung passt.
This app is perfekt for preordering. Many options to adapt the layout and the support ist very responsive and helpful, especially Helen.
We substituted another store locator app by BSS Dealer & Store Locator. As you know there are a bunch of store locator apps on Shopify. However, this app combines all advantages and even tops that on a technical level. You can search by Location or name and, most important to us, give tags for special dealers like Premium-Dealer to give the user an better impression of the dealer he is looking for. The cost-performance ratio is outstanding, taking also into account their support: The support of BSS is, like always, excellent, both on the fast communication track by Jinny as the supporter and XuTho as the highly skilled technician. We really appreciate their help and fast understanding of our requirements! Last, but not least, they helped us in importing our dealer data and optimized it for our purpose! I'm using this app to realise my combined International B2B/B2C-Shop in 5 Languages. The app works great together mit Pro Translations (DeepL). Last, but not least, the support is insane: Highly responsive, also on weekends, and excellent in quality!

Great and mighty app. Great and insane support. DPO is an "almighty" app to realise a multi-multi-product-selector as we needed it. You can realise a lot of options. Thanks to the excellent support! We should have contacted the support much earlier! One point to improve is the written documentation: Compared to the tons of possibilities of that app, the documentation lacks of a deeper view.

Der Fehler, weshalb ich Support brauchte, war zum Glück sehr schnell lösbar. App funktioniert einwandfrei und ich muss einfach nochmal den Support loben! :D ---------------- I am absolutely thrilled with the first-class support! When I raised a ticket via the integrated chat system, I got support in a flash! The error, which is why I needed support, was fortunately solvable very quickly.
