Very helpful app and very helpful customer service

Kiwi size chart is a very powerful app that we have been using for some time now. The app gives the ability to add sizing details into a clear, responsive table as well as give the customer an option to display in different units such as CM & Inches, which is a huge feature. Their customer service is great as well. We recently had a conflict arise with a new Shopify theme, and the Kiwi team worked with us extensively to create a solution for us.

Only at the early stages of using this app, but it seem very powerful and versatile, but with a very friendly user experience. Other apps I had tried were very difficult to manage in comparison. The app appears to cater to a wide range of needs, from simple exchanges through to more complex returns. If you're exploring an easier returns option for your brand, it's worth giving this a go with the trial to make sure it's right for you. The customer service has also been great, with a few issues holding up our setup, that were quickly resolved by the team.

So far the app has been doing exact what we're after, and the support thanks to Taransh has been top notch after we realised something wasn't quite working exactly as we expected. We required the unlimited plan to get the features we want, and with that the app is very intuitive and provides the solutions we're after.

We've had some incredible help from the team at Addition recently, specifically Laura who has guided us with some very helpful information on the recent changes with Australia Post Shipping to the US. Can't recommend them enough. Thank you!

Exactly what I have been after in a stock notification app so far. Very simple yet powerful - there's not a lot of complication to it, but has some great settings. One extra setting I would love would be when setting a standard single threshold notification when it's at or below a stock number, to also be able to set it to not include products that are at or below another number. Ie notified at 5 or below, but exclude if at 1 or below.

Amazing customer service. Made the switch from Shopify's 'Product Review' app - it was super easy and they even helped with matching the design of our store and helped place the reviews in the correct section.

A really solid app packed with features and works seamlessly. We needed a gift with purchase functionality for our Black Friday sale and this app delivered. The support is superb too with the Monk team ready to answer any questions you may need before or during the use of the app.
