I find this app very helpful. It's an easy way for my customers to contact me. I like that I'll get email notifications when I get a new message in the Inbox. It works very well with my website and in the Inbox messages app. Overall, very happy with this app.

Stock Sync has worked great for everything I need. I have been using it on the free plan for several months now. Since I’m on the free plan, I manually sync my feed every morning. My feed processing is set up to filter for the products I want to sync and looks for certain fields to then update as-is or apply a formula. I’ve never had the sync do something wrong with the feed products - or the products already on my site. Also, the support is fantastic. I misunderstood how to use a specific feature of the app and reached out to support. They replied immediately and walked me through how to use that feature. I highly recommend this app!

I installed and setup this new BWP app. It now works, but it was not easy to get it working. The issues I had were because I already had the non-app version of BWP installed manually on my site. They do have a help page for folks migrating from the manual installation to this app. But that page is missing information. It ends up that if you are migrating, you need to create a brand new BWP account at the beginning steps. You cannot use the same BWP account you have set up (and linked) for your manual installation. When you first install the Shopify BWP app, when it asks for your BWP business account, make sure to choose to create a new account. Once I did that, I was finally able to get through all of the steps and it’s now working on my site. Hopefully, Amazon will update the migration help page to include this info. BTW, if you are like me and use your existing BWP account initially, the symptom is that you will get stuck with errors at step 2 and be unable to link your account. Everything will look fine and working on your BWP account page, but you won’t get past that linking step 2. I had to uninstall the app and figure out how to force it to go through from the beginning at step 1 once I reinstalled it. Other than the installation issues, the app is OK, not great. One big thing I assumed the app would do was match my website’s SKUs with my Amazon product SKUs to connect the products and let me offer BWP. However, the app does NOT do that automatically. Instead, you get a list of all of your Shopify products and you need to search for your SKU manually, then manually enter the matching Amazon AKU into a field, submit that, wait for it to match, and then you can enable BWP for that product. Needless to say, this would be terrible if you had a lot of products! They do have a csv import option, but you’d still need to add the matching Amazon SKU for each product. Amazon - if you are reading these reviews - please add an automatic matching based on SKUs. If our SKUs are matching between Amazon and Shopify, there is no reason the software can’t find them and do a match vs. us doing each manually. Other than that, the BWP button showed up fine on my website (my theme is Unsen). I’ve tested it out and it appears to work. Wow, this is a long review! This blog filter app is very helpful! Since Shopify doesn’t support any useful way to navigate blogs, I was looking for a solution that would help my customers find the information they needed. I looked at a lot of possible apps, but this was the only app that did what I wanted! Using this app, I was able to organize my blog articles into “buckets” of the same content topics and then create filters for my users to find the specific information they want in that topic “bucket”. For example, I use topic buckets such as Guides & How-To’s, Holidays, Birthstones… and more. Within each topic, I’ve set up my blog filter dropdowns to narrow the content. E.g, under Birthstones, they can specifically choose “May’s Birthstone”. Even better, with this app’s filters, the user can choose multiple topic dropdowns to filter all the content down to what they are looking for. This is a huge help once you have a lot of articles, as Shopify gives no help at all with blog navigation. The other thing I like is that the filter is based on the standard blog tags - so I didn’t have to do anything special for this app to work. No hidden tags or other app-specific workarounds. That was important to me, as I don’t have time to re-do everything for an app-specific solution. I also want to give a big THANKS to the app developer(s)! They helped me customize their filter to match my site’s branding. I also found a couple of issues/UI requests after using the app - those were quickly fixed. I appreciate that they listened to my ideas on what would improve the app’s user experience and made those changes. Note I am using the filter part of the app, not the search functionality. Unfortunately, Shopify’s search API only allows the developers to search the blog titles, not the text of the blog. This means that searches don’t work well, since blog titles don’t have the words the user would search for. I’m disappointed that Shopify’s API works this way. Until that is fixed I am not going to use the search functionality of this app. Thanks for the great app! cynthia

I used this app to schedule and price items for a Flash Sale. It was very easy to use. I was able to target a Collection, which was nice (instead of having to choose individual products). I needed the app because I wanted to have a new price for the products in that Collection only be valid for the 24 hour Flash Sale. I was able to set this up a week ahead and schedule it for exactly when needed. The app worked, my prices were updated and then they went back to normal after the scheduled end of sale. I wish Shopify supported a discount coupon that let you sell an item for a fixed price. Since they do not, this app was the closest thing I could find to what I wanted. It was easy and worked perfectly. Thanks!

I installed this app as the free version and created two timers - one top-of-page banner and one for all my product pages. It was very easy to install and enable via the OS2.0 app functionality - just had to turn it on in my theme editor. It's great having an app that does not touch my theme code! It was very easy to create the timers and all of the needed customization options are there, too. Each timer has its own customizations, which is perfect. Note, I didn't use any of the paid subscription features, so cannot comment on that functionality. Truly, this was a very easy app to use! Thanks so much!!

I used this app to set up a custom Google font for my site. Due to my theme, I had to use the app's custom method to choose the CSS elements that needed my new font applied. This app worked well for that! I had already updated my theme to add the code to include the new font family and asset file. However, there were some elements I just couldn't figure out. That's why I looked for a font-switching app. Once I used this app's element chooser on my live site, I saw which CSS elements I needed to add to my theme's custom CSS override section. After adding the font override for multiple elements, I didn't need to keep the app. It was a huge help to me, and if I weren't familiar with coding, I would have left the app installed and running. While running, it did a great job replacing the font for my site in multiple custom elements - and I didn't note any performance issues. In addition, support is quick and helpful! I had a question, and they replied very quickly. That is great for a FREE app! I was able to easily disable and then uninstall the app via the Shopify admin, plus deleting one line of code. Thanks so much for making an app to do what Shopify should be doing for us as an included part of their platform! Everyone should tell Shopify this is a required functionality they need to implement. In the meantime - I learned about your app via a Shopify support thread, where you posted a comment about your new app created to help us. Thank you!! I downloaded your app, and it has a single button -- "download files." :-) I clicked the button, and it appears that all of my files have been downloaded. I didn't see any missing files when I did a random check. I had 378 files for a total of about 60MB. The download was very quick. Again, thanks for this app! This is the best app I’ve tried (and am still using!) for syncing my products from Shopify to any channel. I’ve tried many other apps that sync to other channels (or only to Etsy). Other sync apps are either too simple, waaayyyy too expensive and/or don’t do anything that I can’t do myself with a csv import. Of course, you can’t do a csv import to Etsy (shame on Etsy!), which is why I was looking for a product sync solution. The Shuttle interface is excellent. It’s easy to understand, easy to set up and easy to use for syncing. Don’t let that fool you - Shuttle has a lot of flexibility in how you can set up your product syncs. You can set flexible rules to manage how your Shopify product details are sent to Etsy. Shuttle does more than simply copy your Shopify data, which I greatly appreciate! For example, I was able to append different product description text specific to Etsy, automatically strip HTML tags from my Shopify description, auto strip description text I didn’t want on Etsy, auto-change my HTML bullet lists into plain text, set up Etsy tags instead of using my Shopify tags, set the standard Etsy fields based on my own rules and more. I also like that I was able to change the Etsy price automatically with Shuttle. If the Etsy API has the property available, Shuttle will let you configure it to your needs. Honestly, there are too many features I appreciate to describe in a review! So far, I have used Shuttle to set up and sync 115 products from my Shopify store to Etsy. Since I am setting up my products on my new Etsy Shop (EarthSongJewelryShop), Shuttle has been a huge help. The only things I need to do manually on Etsy for my products are: add the category-specific fields that Etsy does not allow apps to access (this is Etsy’s bad policy) and set my image alt-text fields for SEO. I wish that could be done via an app, but Etsy does not expose those fields via their API - so no one can access them except by manually editing on Etsy. Oh - I also want to mention that support is excellent thus far. I was initially testing Shuttle out (not paid yet) and found that I couldn’t auto-strip some common text from my Shopify descriptions before syncing them to Etsy. I was amazed that Shuttle immediately ADDED this functionality to their app based on my support ticket! That is great! Now I am able to strip out those lines of text I don’t want on Etsy. Personally, I found the information about what was included with each plan very clear. I have signed up for the $9/month “Standard” plan. After testing out other solutions, this is truly a great price for a great app! Thanks much! c-

I wanted a straightforward post-checkout Upsell app that would be a good experience for my customers. I looked at many apps, but so many of them were "heavy" apps with lots of bells & whistles I didn't want - or they felt "pushy" for my customer. Checkout Hero does exactly what I wanted. It allows me to configure post-checkout Upsells for each of my products. The Upsell only displays after my customer has completely finished their checkout - so there is no risk of losing the sale due to the Upsell presentation. I installed this app soon after the developer (Steve) released it. It was very easy to work with him and I appreciate that he incorporated my input/ideas into his app. Oh! And I love that statistics are shown so you can see how many Upsells are displayed vs purchased. Very good info to have and learn from! if you are looking for an app to specifically do this one thing, this is a great app to try. I look forward to more functionality updates from Steve! ;)
