After updating my Shopify theme, I encountered some issues. I decided to uninstall and then re-install Locales.AI, which resolved everything—now the app works perfectly again. I genuinely like Locales.AI as an app, but the customer service leaves room for improvement. When problems are simple, support is helpful and responsive. However, for more complex issues, they tend to go silent and rarely provide proactive updates, such as notifying users when certain features are temporarily down. Overall, the app itself is excellent, but the support experience could be much better. As the saying goes, there’s no such thing as a free lunch.

What really matters is that the developers clearly put thought into this. They didn’t cut corners. This app focuses on one thing and nails it: an Also Bought Together widget that actually works. It delivers real results, not just some fake AI random product shuffle crap like other apps do, this one fits seamlessly into your site’s theme, and is good to go in just a few minutes. That’s the stuff that counts—not a bunch of flowery words or glowing support reviews. Seriously, amazing job! This app is the gold standard. To all the other apps—take notes!

I found their pricing to be quite steep. They charge $0.75 per backorder, which can quickly add up if your business frequently deals with backorders, as mine does. This results in monthly costs soaring to $300 or $400, or even higher depending on sales spikes. When I reached out to the CEO to discuss a custom plan tailored to my business's unique needs, I was met with a curt response: either accept the high charges or find another service. Not the most accommodating approach! We’re sorry that our pricing model wasn’t in line with your budget. However, we find it difficult to justify the 1-star review simply because a discount request was declined. For anyone reading this, here’s the full context: 🟡 This review was left after we politely declined a request for a special discount — one that no other customer receives. 🟡 The user uninstalled Fabrikatör on the 4th day of their 14-day free trial, without exploring the full value of the app. That said, here’s where we stand: ✅ Our pricing is transparent and equal for all users. ✅ We’re fair to all merchants and don’t make exceptions under pressure. ✅ We’re here for long-term partnerships, not short-term deals. I've been using Assisty for nearly a year. While the creators are clearly dedicated to providing good customer service, my experience with the app has been inconsistent. Despite its reasonable pricing, the app is plagued with bugs, which can be frustrating for those running serious e-commerce businesses. Reliability and trust are crucial in such tools, and unfortunately, Assisty falls short in these areas. I gave it an honest try, but it's not suited for businesses that require consistent performance.

After spending several weeks exploring various email marketing apps, I delved into Klaviyo, SmartrMail, ActiveCampaign, Brevo, Seguno, and tinyAlbert,.... What I found was that no app is perfect, and many seem overpriced, with some even indulging in AI-washing. Ultimately, my shortlist came down to Seguno and Omnisend. Both are exceptional, but I had to choose one for my personal trial. Omnisend emerged as the winner, mainly because of its AI features paired with somewhat reasonable pricing. Seguno was a close runner-up. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with Omnisend. I do wish it had more robust AI support within the email editor—specifically, AI that could create and design a complete email based on my prompt. I understand that larger corporations using email marketing apps have teams and staff who don’t want to be replaced by AI. However, for small businesses like mine, AI is invaluable in simplifying tasks. Ideally, I want AI to craft the entire email so that my role is just to review and approve. Omnisend, along with Klaviyo and Seguno, offers a sleek and professional look and dashboard, whereas many other apps feel like experimental toys. In terms of usability, Omnisend is incredibly user-friendly. I've read others describe it as a game-changer, and I tend to agree. After my first full day using Omnisend, I’ve set up 12 automations. Impressively, my automations and the initial campaign have generated a remarkable 40% revenue increase in just one day! It’s quite enjoyable to watch the volume of emails Omnisend dispatches through these automations—an impressive 600 automated emails in just 18 hours—demonstrating that my email marketing is effectively on autopilot. So far, Omnisend has exceeded my expectations. I hope it continues to perform well—fingers crossed! Plus, the support is phenomenal. Hunter, my contact at Omnisend, is a true gem!

Excellent geolocation app, exactly what I was looking for. Offers a beautiful drop-down menu which I can even put at the top of my page and integrates nicely, plus the pop-up selector is top!! App is easy to use and works! Highly recommended.

This is the BEST translation app in Shopify. Highly recommended!!! They use DeepL, which is already a huge bonus, the app is easy and straightforward to use. Exactly what I needed. Honestly, I don't know why not everybody is using this translation app, sadly people are always choosing apps that have a high number of reviews and believe they get quality. This app is a true gem!
