After using Blotout for a couple months, we decided to drop them from our stack and noticed no difference. If anything, Blotout was taking credit for a lot of Klaviyo pixel events that would’ve happened anyway (it's very easy to spot check these). Event match quality in Facebook was marginally better, but I don’t think it warrants the cost or complexity. Install Shopify CAPI and save money.
Love it - probably the best loyalty program for Shopify that I've had the pleasure of using. We started with Smile, left for Stamped.io, then left for influence.io and we're back on Smile after all that. Didn't know what we lost til we left. They welcomed us back and it's been seamless since. EDIT: Lynn was a rockstar and helped fix our theme issues within a few hours

A tremendous and affordable alternative to North Beam and Triple Whale. Brad is super responsive and the data his platform provides is leaps and bounds above the competition. Well worth using!!

We were a customer for 2 years then they blindsided us with a 4x price increase to our yearly subscription in January. When I questioned them about this sudden increase, Katana told us it was to bring their pricing in line with other MRPs. It certainly wasn't because the platform got 4x better. It's not as feature rich as other MRPs at the same price point. And this little stunt allowed us to reevaluate our situation. We've since moved to another MRP -I refuse to support a business that doesn't respect its customers.

We do our best to give our customers ample advanced warning of any subscription changes and always offer support via our in-app Support Chat. Furthermore, we offer the option to schedule a call with a dedicated Success Manager to discuss subscription plan optimization and the individualized effects of plan changes on our customers. Regardless, we understand that price and plan changes are never easy and that ultimately they do not work out for everyone. A really great way to provide transparency to customers while also reducing the amount of emails people send asking "where's my order??" Julie in particular was helpful in getting our theme looking great and the team is quite responsive. I love having the klaviyo integration which sends notifications to customers about their order's journey.
A great slide-cart alternative that has a very responsive developer who will help you succeed in every way he can. Highly recommend. We've seen a lot more success using this app than expensive and popular alternatives.
Very easy to start using and testing right away. Tried a number of other apps that are expensive and require a lot of custom theming. Also, setting up tests is as easy as making a change in Shopify's Theme Customizer. If you can do that, you can run a split-test. We've hit a few home runs with this already and lifted our conversion rate significantly.
