We've tried all of the bundle apps from the store and this is hands down the best value. It's probably has 90% functionality of all other apps with a reasonable pricing structure where you are not locked in paying for the revenue the app assisted to generate. I use this app to create an experience for customers where they can feel like they are packing their own gift box to spoil someone special in their life. I've had very good support from the team with giving advise on how to use the app best. They even take the time to do video calls and screen sharing at a time convenient to their customers - even if that means very early hours for them. We used this app to sell personalized jackets for our customers. We had a few steps in our “builder”. The first step was a content step, where we had a bunch of designs to highlight the product, and why it was great. The next steps were personalization, selecting a size, selecting a sleeve for embroidery, and then sharing the embroidered initials. All of the personalizations were then located in the notes section of the order. It was super easy for us to fulfill, and we avoided back-and-forth communication with our customers to get all the details within the shopping experience. Brilliant app and great customer service from Hamza! At first I thought this app wouldn't work for my business but there are so many options. Love it ;-) Add-on: after months of purchasing this app, I asked Rafael Arlo if he could help me with a problem I couldn't fix myself and he did so fast! I love the customer service of this app!

I will start by saying that we aren't live with this on our site, so I can't yet speak to how well it works over time. I am hopeful that it will be a great solution for us and hope that the team is able to work through the glitches and get their app humming along consistently. That being said, I tested out at least 30 similar type apps to try to find one that could do what we needed and this one is the ONLY one that checked all of the boxes for us. Some features that made this one stand out are: 1) the ability to show all of the variants individually as selections 2) the ability to select products by collection 3) the ability to create different selection criteria for each step of the box/kit/bundle creation. For instance, on step 1, a person can select 1 of the options, but on step 2, they can select 1-4 of the options 4) the ability to create forms that collect information throughout the box/kit/bundle building process 5) the ability to create customized tiered pricing depending on the items selected. 6) the ability to manage the product/variant inventory and have those updates reflect in the kit/box/bundles I have experienced some glitches as I've been testing it, but migrating to their newest "Simple & Fast" option did solve the primary issue I was facing. The support team has been very responsive, respectful, and helpful as I've had questions or run into problems. So I am hopeful this will be an integral part of our new website and help things run smoother on the front end and the backend. Hi team Pilla! We feel so seen (get it??) The app is really user friendly and very straightforward to set up. I had a few issues with the design that needed coding and Hamza was so helpful in making these changes for me so it now looks beautiful and on-brand.

I downloaded this app a few months ago and loved the look and feel of it, but couldn't figure out how to get it to work right for my store. So, I deleted it and tried 5 more apps (probably all of the custom box builder apps available on shopify). I was not happy with any of those, and downloaded this app again. I decided to reach out to customer service to help me. I was so shocked with the help I received. Hamza fixed my tech issues almost immediately, and he was super responsive to any of my questions. I give an A+ for communication and support! Add that to the fact that the builder is of great quality, I am very excited to use this in my store for years to come.

If you are looking to sell sets of items and have them appear as one product this is the solution for you. I have tried other apps and the ones that offered a similar service were extremely clunky to use compared to this app. I switch up products all the time so ease of use is very important. The customizability is great, but I wanted some custom changes and reached out to support. I reached Hamza and although we operated in different time zones he was responsive when necessary and made sure I was happy with the results. The excellent support and capability of this app is well worth the price tag.

We purchased boxbuilder for our 400+ products. What we like about this app: - ease of use/set up : everything is intuitive, you do not need to be an expert to configure the app. It's also quick to set up. - built-in options to customise the app the way you like - speed: we were afraid the app would lag or slow the process of choosing products to add in the bundle as we have several hundred products to chose from. But no issues there, the whole process is fast and working 100%. UX good. - kind support What we liked less about the app: so far, everything seems to be working fine so nothing to say here. There are a few cosmetic changes that we wish(ed) to make and that are not available in the options (font size, color this or that, buttons here or there, etc) but the app's support has been very responsive and making the code changes as we asked. ... so we do recommend boxbuilder, you can safely try it out! This is such a powerful application! There are lots of possibilities in it. I wanted something special with thes, I was looking for something to guide people by creating their own starterkit without getting options from products which doesn't communicate with each other. So for example: If someone choose 1, by next step they can only choose 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 and if they have chosen for 2 at first step they will only see 2.1 and 2.2. This was a very complex thing for me so I asked for some help from their team. Hannes described a complete plan for me how te set this up. I only needed some help with the last steps to let it show up and work. I had a call with Lauralynn and she helped me very kind and well! There really is a wonderful team behind this application. Highly recommend this one, thanks to all!

In redoing our website we were looking for a bundle app that fit what we were trying to offer - some preset items and then allow the customer to select x amount of other items. I tried about 10 other bundle apps which only allowed an already assembled bundle - not what we wanted. I did find one other that did what we needed but it was more to pay per month and the interface presented to the customer was not as nice. I was absolutely in love with the graphic that is displayed while “building your box” was the icing on the cake for deciding to go with this app. Looking forward to hopefully future improvements where we can choose multiple variants of the same item using the single display option.

I spent hours and hours of time trying to find a "bundling" app that let me have options to choose different products. Most bundling apps seem to let you make a new product that gives the customer extremely preset options, if there are even options at all. With this app, we have given the customer the ability to build their own suspension kits for their vehicles, choosing from different brands and only selecting the products that they feel they need for their vehicle. The support was very helpful getting the colours and style to match our aesthetic and after a few emails back and forth, Hamza got our colours perfect, and we are very happy with how everything works and looks. Very happy with this app so far!

I tested a few other apps the past few days and nothing really compared to the design of this app. It seamlessly integrated into our theme so it looks like an actual part of our website, rather than a 3rd-party add on. We offer surprise boxes and a DIY system has been requested many times, so we really can't wait to share with our customer base. I tested 3 'build your box 'type apps and this is by far the best. I was able to set up the box very fast and easily, it has many more options than other apps and it allows you to use multiple SKU bundle without having to change anything in your theme. Also their support team was very prompt and helpful when i needed help. The only minus i can see so far is that the app doesn't have a report section, that would make a nice addition.

As a much needed update: Support reached out to me and informed me why my emails went unanswered. Lauralynn offered to set up a video chat where I was allowed to address any concerns and/or goals I wanted to achieve with the app and she was super transparent and 100% helpful! This app is super useful. I had been talking to designers and developers to develop a DIY custom bundle experience, but that was too expensive and inflexible. I found Box Builder and it is solving all my needs to create a flexible way to allow my customers to make their own kits. We are using this to manage our special holiday kits as well as evergreen product kits. We have just a few SKUs, so this helps us make our offering more robust. The app has so many options for customizations and is easy to use!

I have been waiting for an app like this to help me with custom bundling on my store. I have a lot of products and this app works very well with large catalogs. I’ve tried multiple apps and this one is by far the best one that I have come across! Support is also great. I use this app to create small bundles of 4,9, & 18 options, so far it works great and Andrew's support is very helpful when small issues come up. Speed hasn't been an issue, the speed is slower when creating the first variant but once its been created and other people order that same variant, its much quicker. I'm guessing that is due to Shopify's backend itself and not this specific app so I don't have any problems with it. I switched from a more well known bundle builder app and like this one better!

Normally I write reviews after gathering some experience with an app, which can take a while. But this time I make an exception, and give you 5 stars straight away. After we decided to offer gift boxes to our customers, I expected the worse. I was sure that finding a proper app, get it running, and customize it they way we want will cause pain and frustration, as happened so often in the past. But not here: After all, it took 3 minutes to get my first box up and running. The step-by-step builder is so amazingly simple, I love it. Also the way to create a product for the box is fantastic as it doesn´t interfere with other discounts that you might want to offer your customers. Really good job, thanks a lot! I already have tons of ideas what else we can do with this app, and I have not even seen everything...

It has built in steps that work really well together, and you can use form steps to get personalised messages. On top of this more than one automatic discount is available which is not part of the base Shopify software. We have been able to produce highly customisable products that are exactly what we were looking for. We are very impressed and would recommend it to anyone looking to have a customisable option on their products.

Great app! I used it so that customers could choose a box size of 2, 4 or 6 bottles of cocktails and then select whichever cocktails they wanted from a list of 8. The 'add a form step' part let me add a gift message step and also a preferred delivery date. Support was always very efficient and helpful. would recommend.
