Kaching is very helpful, had a few glitches but Ching helps so much when support is not available..

The team is fantastic and very helpful whenever there are any issues (which rarely there are) however, the one thing that can get frustrating is the app can conflict with other apps from time to time only when they push an update. I wish we were better notified in advance when these updates go live so that we can monitor our store. The only way I seem to catch them is when the sales/orders seem off but like I said the support is arguably one of the best and is quick to help and find solutions.
Easy to use, with quick responsive support (thanks Paulius and the rest of the team. Does nearly everything that we needed it to do at a reasonable price.

Great app, is missing the feature to exclude wholesale customer by default. But we were able to make some codes changes together with the Kaching team to still make it work. A bit hackey but it works :) Looking forward to when they actually make it a feature to display bundles to certain customers. Otherwise great app, really works to increase order value
Great bundle app and excellent support! The setup is very easy to use and works perfectly for my Shopify store. Ryan from the support team was extremely helpful and quick to assist me. bundles and fixing a few issues. Everything is running smoothly now and the bundle feature looks great on my product page. Highly recommend this app to anyone looking to increase sales with bundle offers. Thanks again Ryan for the amazing support!

Simona helped me out with a stacking discount question. She was super helpful and professional. In regards to the the app, one thing that is frustrating is not being able to turn off the shipping discount to our wholesale clients with another app we use for wholesale orders.

The Kaching app works very well; we're very satisfied, especially with the bundles. And if something ever doesn't work, you can contact support. They respond very quickly and help you solve the problem right away. I received excellent support from Eligijus.

A lot going on in a small amount of space. I can see the power in this. I can also see where improvements can be made. Dealing with Jou.. today started a little frustrating but he prevailed in getting me answers to some questions that i needed. Im not a computer wiz but im slowly catching on. This app has brought in a nice % of income over the 2025 BF specials. I would like to see it bring in more over the course of the next year. The more i learn ,,,,the more this app should assist.
Solid app. Great support from Domantas - Sebastijan was not so helpful.
It's definitely helped increase our AOV and we liked the way we could customise it for our needs of a tiered discount bundles customers can choose themselves. Sebastian was helpful and quick to respond.
I was treated professionally after a very bad experience, and at least I'm glad kaching is trying to respond. I don't mean to cause any trouble, but I really need a customer support team that can offer professional assistance.

Still new on the app but Jacob was very helpful in helping with one of the "deals" I had trouble settiing up.
So far so good though I thought it might have some more expansive abilities like creating bundles from single items and then keep inventory track of the base items.
Very powerful app. Definitely helped my AOV pretty immediately. My biggest feedback for this app would be to add some reporting to it. There's no analytics or visibility or A/B testing, but you can definitely very quickly set-up bulk discounts to drive AOV higher.

Gostei muito do design do widget, mas infelizmente não atende à minha necessidade no momento, pois não é possível adicionar o widget no bloco de produto da minha LP desenvolvida no Gempages.
