I've been using the app for a number of years. There were some minor issues at the start, but support is excellent at fixing any issues quickly. There's lots of features I'm sure that I'm not using too.

Great app and customer service is second to none.

App seemed to be doing a great job, then about 2-4 weeks ago the page speed dropped. I've tried three times to contact support, but no one has gotten back to me. Hi, I replied to your E-Mail 14 days ago, but we didn't get any response to it. Can you please check if you received the E-Mail and let me know? Really great app. Simple to use and free version is excellent. The only problem is that when you want automated emails on the paid version you can't choose the email address that it comes from. It has to be your main store email, which isn't always the email address you might want emails to be sent from. Other than this, I would give 5 stars.

I love this app, being able to livechat with customers. Quite easy to set up and the auto responses you can set up for FAQs are great.

Such a simple and easy app to use that makes shipping with Amazon FBA really easy. Just a couple of clicks and my order is on the way or you can set it up for automate sending. Super helpful support team and really simple popup for redirecting customers. Simple and easy to use.

This app has been really valuable to capture emails and interest in our out of stock products. We haven't used all the features but so far it's great and the support has been excellent.
