We have really pushed this app to the max to test its capabilities and it now an important part of our workflow on a daily basis. Any problems we have had were all errors with setup on our part. The support team have been extremely helpful in fixing and explaining the issue so we understand the platform more.

Joan helped me massively in setting up various technical rules in many different feeds. 5* help, thanks mate.
Powerful feed apps can have a steep learning curve, but DataFeedWatch has for us been intuitive to use even for marketers with limited technical understanding. Their team has also been responsive and very helpful whenever there's been an issue or we've had questions.
The product feed tool is easily configurable and relatively intuitive. This tool can help you to optimize your feed without having to spend a lot of time to make unwanted or unneeded changes to your store's data. The team provide excellent support to get you up and running very quickly.

5/5, great support, it does a take a little bit of time to work with the app, but the customer support is super helpful. For us we have all the features that we need.
The undisputed best feed tool out there. We have tried almost every tool out there and nothing comes close to DFW. The integration is seamless and the ability to write rules makes sure any new products will turn up in your feeds the way you want it to be. Their support is also top notch. A lovely gentleman called Ivan even went as far as to rewrite our janky regexp code to improve it. Absolute rockstars.
I've only had really great customer service, and they're always ready to help. This time I had the pleasure of the help of Maria which helped me fast while teaching me about the service.

Been using their app service for some years and never got dissappointed. Lastly I had some challenges where I needed some assistance and Casper from DFW support was very helpful and fast. Great app and outstanding support. Always get my issues solved.
Excellent feed that works really well. When we've had any issues (mostly caused by ourselves), then the support has been extremely quick and fixed it straight away. Very happy customer.
best part of data feed watch is the support. Andy went above and beyond to get to the bottom of a complex issue that if I would have been left on my own to solve, I never would have. that's why I choose data feed watch.

Maria from Datafeedwatch has been really professionel assisting our clients feed optimisations. She has been able to identify issues with feeds every time I have asked for help (quiet a lot), which I find really reassuring. This way, we are able to provide a better server for our own clients.

Data feed Watch has truly been a game-changer for our business. We have been struggling for a while to our product feed up and running and with Data feed it's just a 2 click away. The platform is incredibly user-friendly. The intuitive dashboard provides a clear overview of our review metrics. But the one thing is standing out the most! Their CUSTOMER SERVICE! It's EXCEPTIONAL! You can be an analphabete and you still will be able to export your product with their help. Top notch customer service hands down!

DFW is a great app. We started using this to create our feeds for Google shopping ads after finding out how limited the information was that the Shopify integration was providing. The app is very intuitive and fairly straight forward to set-up. When you do find yourself stuck... the support is quick to respond and very helpful. the Team at Data Feed Watch are amazing! It's incredible how quickly they respond and they do basically fix every situation you might ran into! Shout out to Casper for saving me like 10 hours of my time today! Casper taught me how to exclude over 500 products from my feed in less than 10 minutes. At first I wanted to do it manually! The support is particularly amazing (shoutout to John today). I can message with an issue and sometimes they just fix it for me, instead of sending me the steps. It's greatly appreciated. The only issue I have is the chat system can sometimes be difficult to get through to an actual person. I get stuck in trying to get a bot to get me over to a person but it just sends me options and links. Other than that, everything is top tier.

We've been using DFW for 2 years. It is excellent. It does exactly what you need, in respect of building product feeds for Google Merchant centre etc, and it's very flexible. Ideal if you're a business that wants to run Google Ads campaigns in multiple countries. The support team are also extremely responsive via live chat

So far so good! We've only been using DFW for a couple of weeks but the capabilities are impressive and the support was very helpful (Magdalena (support) and Marvin (onboarding) were both great). It can be a little overwhelming at first if you don't have a background in data but once you get it, it's a great tool.

Super service on the chat if you run into an issue, and needs help with the setup. The interface and the documentation for setting up more advanced feeds is not a 100%, but the seems as the feeds are running well always.

Data Feed Watch has a nice interphase, easy to use and very flexible. The customer support team is always ready to help you within minutes. My company has used DataFeedWatch for years, however, I am a beginner. I've had an issue I needed to be resolved ASAP. After failed attempts by myself to resolve the issue I reached out to their support chat, and WOW! I am a beginner with Data Feed Watch; since before I was working with a marketing agency whom was doing all the updates from Shopify store with a personalized tool. Now, Marvin Flores, global account manager from DFW has supported us to begin set-up on DFW in order to make things work properly in Merchant Center & Adwords campaigns.
