Segunda vez que la app falla y no puedo desactivar mis campañas de descuento. La app queda en bucle de autenticación con Shopify y no hay forma de revertir los cambios de precio. Esto me ha generado problemas con mis proveedores. Pago $25/mes por una herramienta que cuando falla no tiene solución rápida. El soporte debe mejorar urgentemente.

The Disco Flash Sale Bulk Discount app is incredibly convenient and effective for planning and running various discount events while managing a Shopify store. In the past, every time we ran a sales event, we had to manually create separate pages, adjust product prices one by one, and then change them back after the promotion ended. It was extremely time-consuming. But now, thanks to this app, we can prepare discounts in advance and schedule them to run automatically—it's a huge time-saver! I'm also very satisfied with how easily I can test and refine campaigns to improve their overall quality. The app offers nearly everything I could want for managing sales events: countdown timers, hero banners, discount badges, and more. Previously, it was difficult to run sudden late-night flash sales, but now we can even schedule short, timed promotions every night if we want. That flexibility alone makes this app absolutely worth it. Whenever I had questions or needed help using the app, the support team responded quickly and solved the issues with ease. Super, um zeitlich begrenzte Kampagnen zu schalten. Viele Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten mit Timer Anzeigen. Schade, dass die Banner nicht auf einzelnen Produktseiten angezeigt werden können.
I have tried various sale apps and this one is by far the best. Easy to customise and schedule sales with countdown timers/ banners, works perfectly every time and no code needed. Thank you!
I can't comment too much on the app at this stage, but it seems easy to use and fit for purpose. The customer service however is AMAZING! If you have a problem or question, they will work to get this resolved for you, and will even edit your code to get it working correctly for your store.

The Disco app allows you to set up current or planned promotions in a very short time. The app automatically sets promotional pricing and tags per product. Once setup the product will have a tag for the promotion as well as a great landing page which can be modified as per once desire. The service provide by Disco is fast and efficient! A great app which is worth a try and after trial you will likely be very satisfied. P.s. sofar the best promotion app for timed promotions! Thanks Disco Team!

The first time I made a campaign, it said I went over the limit for the free plan and I had to upgrade it to a paid one. I did the upgrade expecting the selected products will be saved as draft as promised. When I went back to start the campaign the draft was nowhere to be found. More than 60 individual items manually selected and I had to start over. I almost lost the desire to even push through with the promo but decided to give it another try. After going through the painstakingly long, manual adding of items I finally started the campaign. Only to find that it did not do what we wanted it to. The fixed price discount was to be "subtracted" from the cost. Our promo was everything would be the same price at 500php. Some items became Php40 only because the cost was originally 540. Support is also not live...you need to wait hours for one reply. So after the very tedious process we are finally unsubscribing and deleting the app from our store.

Concerning the pricing issue, we realize there was a misunderstanding regarding the discount type used. The "fixed discount" subtracts a set amount from the original price, which in your case, led to the unintended low pricing of some items. For future campaigns where you wish to price all items at PHP 500, using the “set price” feature will achieve this uniformly. We believe we addressed this in our last email and are happy to clarify further or assist in setting this up correctly. Downloaded the Disco app to run a Black Friday sale. Blown away by the easy of setup, functionality, and customization options. Exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend!

Don't use this app!!!!!! Product prices are automatically changed all the time, and you can't stop it!

It looks good, but it is not compatible with Shopify Emails. Unfortunately because of this app in my mails is showed the original price of the products instead my discounted price. How should I pay for such a mess? On Black Friday? Wow. Thank you!

Very handy app if you just need a discount promotion tool.
The app is great, I didn't have a problem. The only conflict was it's cross-functionality between discounts. My store has discounts with codes, automatic discounts, and discounts that can/cannot be combined with others. This app only allows you to apply automatic discounts - and for that, I cannot use this app. Hope to see more compatibility in the future
Very cool app. Added a BFS to our shop in under an hour, looked great, worked well. The only thing I don't understand is why this app charges monthly and yet it's for one weekend every year. There's just no point in paying for it for a year to use it once. I'll be canceling and re-installing next year. This means the devs don't get paid (which they should as it's a great app). They should charge a one-off fee which I would happily pay.
Generally good and reliable. Applying discounts takes several minutes. Products not clickable; navigation not great. Speed of app, improved navigation, quality of life features like coping information, better form-field entry, improve usability ... are deprioritized over an increasing amount of bloat features.

Regarding "copying of information", we recently released a feature to copy previous sales, have you tried that? From the dashboard, you click the "duplicate" icon on a sale to copy its information into a new sale creation form. We are also planning on adding an easier way to see excluded collections & products of a live sale, as we spoke about. I downloaded the app for our bulk discount Black Friday sale and it has been so good! The team at Disco even replied back to a questions within the hour and resolved my query. It gives even more than I expected. Well done!

Update: All sales have now been disabled from our side. We would love to automatically remove discounts when merchants uninstall the app, unfortunately, our access is revoked in the second you press uninstall, so there is nothing we can do except ask for merchants to reinstall temporarily. To deactivate the sales, do the following: 1. Install Disco (just the free plan). 2. On each active sale, press the Deactivate-button. 3. Wait for each sale to show an "Inactive" badge. Vi havde et udsalg der skulle køre fra kl. 20.00 - kl. 20.30 var alle vores produkter først nedsat korrekt. Vi brugte 10.000 kr. i SMS udsendelser til vores kunder, de fik en flad fornemmelse da de kom ind kl. 20.00 og tingene ikke var sat ned. Super skuffende og dyr oplevelse med Disco.....

Hi there We just checked your sale collection here: https://pitaya.dk/collections/udsalg?page=1 All prices seem to be marked down correctly now. I have also reached out on e-mail. Unfortunately, we can only activate one sale at a time per store to avoid conflicts and discount stacking. Since you had created 32 individual sales starting simultaneously, they activated one-by-one with a bit of delay between each sale starting. This constraint is stated in the FAQ, however I can see it was definitely not communicated well enough from our side. To avoid this issue, ensure that you do not unnecessarily create multiple sales with same start and end time. For instance, instead of creating two individual 10% off sales for two different products, we advise you to create one 10% off sale including both the products. I sincerely apologize for the bad experience and will gladly refund you the subscription fee. Best regards John
App stacked discounts, resulting in selling products at a loss. The app doesnt work - DO NOT take the risk and install. Does not work as it was meant to.

This app works perfectly for what I needed. The countdown timer on a for-sale product was not showing up correctly on my site, but I reached out to support and they were able to get it positioned perfectly and everything is working great now! I love being able to automatically add a product tag to parts while they're on sale and remove it when the sale ends. This allows me to have an "On Sale" collection that automatically changes for different items during a sale. This app is easy to use and does a great job. I highly recommend it to anyone that likes to run short-term sales with ease. Thanks!

I've been using Disco for a while now and love the automatic discounting and reverting back to regular pricing after pre-scheduled promos. Only thing I would like to see is a little customization possibility for the text and colors with some already set-up templates.

Regarding the customization - in the app there is a "Design" page, where you can customize colors, font and text size of both countdown timer and announcement bar. There are also a few templates to choose from for the announcement bar. You can navigate to it by pressing the button next to "Create sale". Have you seen that page? Worked great and easily as a sale discount app. Easily create and share a discount to your customers!
Did exactly what I wanted it to! Fills a big hole in Shopify and worked perfectly. I was able to select different products or collections to put them on sale - scheduling worked perfectly - counter was a great addition to increase sales.

Not easy to use, I cannot change the products, I cannot see how to change colors, Is so complicated I don't see how to edit anything

Hi I am sorry to hear you found the app hard to use. You can change the colors of the countdown timer and announcement bar under the "Design" page. It is the button right next to "Create sale". I am not sure what you mean when you say, you cannot change the products. However, you can easily change the product selection of a sale.
