I strongly advise against using Zinrelo. After using the app for over four years, I can confidently say that almost any other loyalty program on Shopify offers better functionality, more modern features, and more transparent pricing. Zinrelo feels extremely outdated, and the platform lacks many tools that are standard with more affordable competitors. One of the most frustrating experiences I had was when I hit the maximum member count allowed in my plan. Instead of reaching out or helping me manage the situation, Zinrelo simply began charging me steep overage fees—an additional $50 to $70 per month on top of our $1,500 annual contract. There was no warning, no support, just extra charges. To make matters worse, despite reaching out to cancel on the exact day the new contract began, they still auto-renewed the agreement without my consent or signature, and have flat-out refused to issue a refund. I am currently in the middle of a chargeback dispute with my credit card company to recover the money. Customer support has also been a constant pain point. It's nearly impossible to get timely assistance since their team is entirely overseas, and we’ve had to wait over a week for responses on urgent issues more than once. That level of service is unacceptable, especially for what they charge. Zinrelo has shown no willingness to work with us, even after years as a loyal customer. Their strict policies and lack of communication have been deeply disappointing. Do yourself a favor and stay far away unless you enjoy overpaying for a clunky, outdated app with poor support and shady business practices.

Section Store makes great sections for our website and I love paying once and owning the app forever. Their sections make great additions to our website without needing coding or other apps that charge us monthly.

The countdown timer on a for-sale product was not showing up correctly on my site, but I reached out to support and they were able to get it positioned perfectly and everything is working great now! I love being able to automatically add a product tag to parts while they're on sale and remove it when the sale ends. This allows me to have an "On Sale" collection that automatically changes for different items during a sale. This app is easy to use and does a great job. I highly recommend it to anyone that likes to run short-term sales with ease. Thanks!

When you have a Shopify store with 7000+ products, things tend to get harder to search for with the standard search bar that comes with your theme. Smart Search & Filter has made it easy to find what you’re looking for and it is easy to adapt it to look like a part of your site. Now our customers can search for a part of a sku, or a name of a part and the search bar will find the full part number, or recommend similar parts. This app is a great addition to our store and I highly recommend it to everyone!

I am still currently in the trial period for this app, but so far customer service has been great! I had an issue with product variants being changed once a customer adds them to their cart. This wasn't an issue with the app itself, but an issue with the coding on my theme. The customer service team was able to find and fix the issue quickly and I'm excited to continue using this app when my trial period is over. So far, adding discount groups for different customers has been very simple compared to other apps I've tried in the past. Great app! Keep it up team!

This app is exactly what I was looking for and the installation is very simple. I reached out for help changing the area where the text box was shown on the product page and their support had the issue fixed within minutes.
