As always Andrew and his team are 11 out of 10 in prompt service, and always giving solution to any issues that you can have. I am using various Doran apps and they are all exceptional. They suggested me this app, and I have discovered that it was exactly what I was looking for as it has many customisable options, not only for products. And the look in my website is really nice! Thank you!
This app is great and has a lot of features. The team is kind and always willing to help you. If you use this app, you won't regret it.
I used another app to create shoppable videos but was fairly limited on features since I was on their free tier. To upgrade and put them on the actual product pages would have cost me $15/mo. I decided to give this app a try on the advice of my AI assistant, who led me to it. It took a bit of figuring and some direct help from the creator, but it was up in no time at all. There was never an issue that wasn't resolved within 12 hours. I'm so impressed with the customer service factor that I intend to invest in their other apps.
Really loving Doran and all of their apps so far. Also, super, super fast customer service. 5 stars!
I think Doran is a fantastic app, very professional, and very attentive customer care, I would highly recommend this app, it allowed us to have videos on our website www.recalmholistic.com that are instant click and view, and it is very easy to use, very well structured and I am so far extremely impressed and grateful to have found DORAN!
Customer service is excellent. Had us up and running in minutes. Plus, the video carousel looks beautiful on our site. Thank you.
Might be the best free app i've ever seen. Very easy to use and adds social proof to my store without making it ugly like other apps. 10/10
We had a good experience with this app. Works exactly as promised. Support was also quick effective. Thank you.
Highly Recommended I love the Doran Shoppable Videos App. I use it for a creative reel shop on my store, and I also share the videos on Shop. I started with the free version, but decided to get the Lifetime Deal. Andrew has provided fast and wonderful customer support whenever I have questions or need help with something.
Thank you, Andrew for the super quick response and solution to my theme concern. I have yet to go live with the app, however, I am loving the features of the Lifetime Deals upgrade. My favorites are the Carousel widget and the UGC Submission widget and I can't wait to see how they perform with my customers!
Really easy to set up and it looks great on my store. I also had a small request and the support team was very quick and helpful. Thank you!
I wanted to add something special to our Shopify store, and this shoppable videos app by Doran is *it*! Being able to tie our customer testimonial videos into the website easily in a clean way was very important to me. There were a few small "glitches" when I first set it up, based on how I wanted to use the app, but the Doran team was VERY quick to help and get it right for me. With this kind of functionality and support, I look forward to seeing how the app improves even more over time, and have even decided to invest in their paid plan to get the most from it. I expect this app to be a big part of how we grow our business on our Shopify site! Keep up the great work, Team Doran!
This app is amazing and the team support is perfect, recommend.
Great app! We've been looking for a solution that's easy to use and budget friendly and this is absolutely it - and the customer support is top notch. Will 100% be upgrading to the paid plan. Highly recommend!!
Outstanding support and incredibly fast responses! The Doran support team solved my issue quickly and guided me through the entire process. They were patient, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me get everything working. It's impressive how responsive they are, especially for such a small team. Thank you for the excellent support and for building such a great app. I highly recommend Doran to any Shopify store owner!
Whether it is the customer service staff or the technical personnel, the service provided is excellent.
I really appreciate the customer support of this app literally the guy name Andrew is really helpful person. Mostly the customer care service of other app its so bad and late response but this app give you revert in just 2 to 3 hardly take it 5 min to reply Good.
Really impressed with the support and the video module overall. The team was quick to respond and helped us fine-tune the layout so it fits much better on our product page. Everything now looks clean, consistent, and much more aligned with our brand style. The section feels more professional and easy to navigate. Appreciate how smooth the whole process was — definitely a great experience working with this tool.
Application qui fonctionne bien et ajoute un vrai plus. Dorian a été réactif et attentif. je recommande.
Simple to use and just what I was looking for!
I have just installed the app. Easy to install and set up. So far so good. The videos blend nicely with the website. I will be trying the rest of the features, but from what I have seen so far this is a 5 star app.
App features, response time, support, ease of use, pricing - top class on all fronts
It's been super easy to navigate and adds so much to the overall look and feel of my shop!

Highly recommend Doran! The app is easy to use and the team is incredibly responsive. When I ran into an issue, it was resolved quickly with clear communication throughout. It's rare to find an app with this level of reliability and support. A definite must-have for any Shopify store owner!
This app is sooooo easy to use, and I have been happy with my experience so far. This app would definitely be a recommendation for others. What tops it off is the CUSTOMER SERVICE! My goodness 10/10... I literally sent back to back emails and they assisted me so quickly, you need this app! Great job to the creators of this app.
great support ! cooperative and helpful-- love the app would recommend for sure : )
Great app! Makes it super easy to add in videos from instagram and display them on our site!
Very user friendly. Easy to implement. Promotes our testimonials to next step.
Works like a hidden revenue generator for Shopify! It easily imports UGC and Instagram videos, makes them shoppable with product tags, and offers rich display layouts plus global language support. Setup is effortless for anyone. The only minor note is the interface is a little simple; a subtle visual polish would make this already great app absolutely perfect.
COMPLETELY FREE. Yes there was a watermark that defeated the cleanliness that I was aiming for but I'm the options you can request to remove it... And guess what. They were kind enough to do it! Support small creators. I always will.
Doran has been a game changer for my Shopify store. It allows me to add high-quality videos to my watch product pages without slowing down the site, which is crucial for conversion. The performance is smooth, the integration is easy, and the visual impact it brings to the pages is huge. Since using Doran, my pages feel much more premium and engaging, and customers can better understand the product through video. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to improve their product presentation without sacrificing speed.
