Love this app! The templates are fairly easy to customize and with the Mothers Day holiday approaching, we are already seeing hints being sent out! This is really the only drop a hint app on Shopify. The team were very responsive when I brought issues to their attention and speedily helped me resolve them. As for the app itself, the drag-and-drop interface is super easy to use especially if you are not tech-savvy. And it looks great on desktop and mobile. 5 stars.
This app is brilliant! Super easy to set up and straightforward integration into our product pages. The best thing is that it integrates with Klaviyo and adds profiles to our newsletter further funneling them into our ecosystem. Great concept - we love it!

We were looking to be able to customize our hint card so that we could have additional fields for our customers to fill out and this worked out great for us. We love that we can now also have a customized closing page with marketing content. The support team was extremely responsive and helpful in migrating us from v1 to 2.0. The app team on this app is so incredibly helpful. The admin isn't the most intuitive and the help documents don't really exist but the team that supports this app more than makes up for anything that is missing. The chat feature is crucial and the team is extremely responsive. I had a lot of specific requirements for this feature and they went above and beyond to help me create the desired experience for our brand. I'm excited to introduce this new revenue stream to our site.

I have been wanting to add this feature to my website for a very long time, I added it a few months ago but found the app so complicated to use and ended up giving up on it. Today, I came on here absolutely determined to make it work and I'm almost there... I have to be honest though if the help team weren't so quick and available to help, I probably would have given up again as the app is actually pretty confusing to use. I am fluent in all adobe software so I'm pretty good with stuff like this but I don't why I found this app so confusing and difficult. I think the app is FULL of potential, it just isn't 100% there yet - it isn't as user-friendly as I would have liked it to be but I am still giving it five stars as the team has been absolutely incredible and have answered SO many questions on the live chat.

So far so good! Enjoying this app. Still setting it up but its easy and seems to work great. I'm glad it can track analytics.

I have had to ask for assistance in installing the app due to cookie glitches. but seems to be working ok now. I have asked for assistance in adjusting spend cap on the hints, as we are charged per 'hint'... it would worry me that bot or spam users could rack up huge bills with this app. waiting on reply. currently adding the text feature but they will not let you add it without ' leaving a review'. I haven't got the app fully working yet so it's a bit early for a review but I had no option.

This app has been fantastic and our customers love it. We are a jewelry business and we keep seeing fantastic results. Especially now as the holidays are about to ramp up. The developers and owners of the app are SO responsive, they call you back, they help fix issues and they truly care. Not many apps do this -- so we have been grateful for them as we have a lot of customizations. They also helped us do the development since our team did not handle the bandwidth. Installed and tested it, works as expected. Item sizing info wasn't at first showing up in the Hint but app's support quickly fixed it for me. Their chat support is super fast.

We used Drop a Hint to allow users to send email "hints" of products they want. When we needed custom work based on our Shopify product setup, the Drop a Hint team (including Stan, the CEO) was responsive and easy to work with. Truly appreciate the flexibility of this app.

I recommend Drop A Hint! Easy drag and drop builder for hint cards. The support team is very responsive and helpful to answer questions and help me with some custom code I am not sure how to approach! I set this app up ahead of Valentine's Day.

We needed a fully customisable HTML/CSS solution to create continue brand aesthetics across our store, we couldn't find any other solution that allowed us to do this, so we are very happy to have found Appsolute.
