Very disappointing experience, especially considering the high fees we’re paying. We’ve noticed many cases where ParcelPanel’s tracking information is two to three days behind, while newer shipment updates are already visible on 17TRACK. Tracking does not appear to be updated consistently on a daily basis. This defeats the main purpose of using a tracking app. Customers visit our website expecting accurate, current information about their orders. When the tracking page shows outdated updates, they naturally worry that their shipment has stopped moving or something has gone wrong. That creates unnecessary confusion, additional customer service queries, and a poor impression of our brand. Our team then has to check shipments manually on another platform to find the latest information. We’re paying for a service that should reduce our workload, yet these discrepancies mean we have to double-check its core function. This is a recurring problem across multiple shipments, and it makes it difficult to rely on ParcelPanel as our customer-facing tracking solution. A polished tracking page has limited value if the information displayed is outdated. For the price being charged, we expect much better reliability, consistent daily updates, and a lasting fix for these delays.

It's a set it and forget it app. My team doesn't have to worry about product images while uploading; they get sorted automatically. Script control and pre-loading have helped me optimize my store's performance. The SEO features are also nice, although I haven't dived deeper into those yet. But the most outstanding thing is the support, they're quick, responsive, humans and extremely nice, a breath of fresh air.
