Using Easyship during an uncertain time of shipping to the U.S. has been great.
I’ve been a loyal Easyship user for a long time! Syncing orders and handling invoices/bills is super smooth. Their live chat is fast and effective. I usually dread dealing with courier customer support, but Easyship handles that bridge easily—definitely way better than what AI can do lol.
It is very user-friendly and easy to connect to various integrations. Shipping rates are also very affordable. I recommend it.
Easyship gave us extra help getting multiple warehouses online and since then it's been working without any complaints or issues. Issue-free integration is the best kind!
Excellent customer service. Very patient and stayed on the phone with me until the issue was resolved. Easy Ship is easy to use, install and has fantastic customer service.

Easyship has become my go-to for Shopify fulfillment. I’ve worked with them across two different companies, and they’ve been a great partner through everything from a complex crowdfunding campaign to ongoing US fulfillment and container imports. With the first company, they helped us fulfill a fairly complicated crowdfunding campaign out of Hong Kong before we moved to their US distribution center. With the second, we’ve used their US distribution operations and had them handle container imports from China. Having that range of support has been a huge benefit. The Shopify integration has been excellent, and communication has been a real standout. A special shout-out to Conor, who has been responsive, helpful, and great to work with. Having a dedicated person who knows your account makes a big difference. I also appreciate the different ways to get help: in-app AI chat, live support chat, and a dedicated account manager. There’s always someone to turn to when a question comes up. Their pricing and access to different shipping options are better than most other fulfillment programs I’ve seen. After working with Easyship across two businesses and some fairly complex logistics, I’m happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable Shopify fulfillment partner.
I really enjoy using Easyship because of the number of features and options it offers compared with other shipping platforms I’ve used. The platform is easy to navigate, especially if you’re already familiar with shipping, and I love having the ability to do things that aren’t always possible elsewhere, such as combining orders and having more flexibility with how shipments are managed. My experiences with support have varied, but I recently had an urgent issue and one representative truly went above and beyond to help me. They responded quickly, understood the urgency of the situation, and made a real effort to get it resolved, which I really appreciated. Overall, the features and flexibility of Easyship are what really stand out to me, and having such a positive experience with this particular representative made an important difference as well.
We have been using this for about a week and an issue arose. I asked AI and it did not have an answer. Asked to connect to a rep and the rep helped, but I was unclear. Asking for a video call, they schedule one for the next day and brought in one of the coders. It was very helpful and my questions were answered. So far, EasyShip seems to be working as expected while we tweak the mark up rate in Shopify.
Very good support, so very happy at the moment with the app and support. Like the way it selects the best shipping option having entered my parcel sizes and weight and rules to select those. One thing missing is being able to pay for a collection from Royal Mail UK, I have to do that separately

My representative, Mohammed was very helpful in resolving the issue my team was having with accessing shipping documents via Shopify. Originally thought to be an issue with Shopify, Mohammed continued to work with me when I was inclined to believe the problem was, in fact, with Easyship. It took a couple of days for the Easyship team to resolve the issue, but communication was clear throughout the process. I appreciate that my concerns were handled and all of the communication along the way.
Really helpful in navigating the ongoing tariff and duty changes across the EU and USA. They helped us implement solutions to prepay duties, ensuring a seamless customer experience without unexpected charges on delivery. They were quick to respond, thoroughly investigated our queries, and even carried out trial testing to confirm everything worked correctly, giving us extra reassurance throughout the process.
As a first timer, I had a lot of questions when setting up EasyShip with our 4 warehouses (we took on a lot out of the gate!). Lots of back and forth to get set up (box types, shipping rules, couriers, etc.) with all of the parties. Now that it's set up, it's straightfoward and reliable to use. I appreciate having a human point of contact when needed (sometimes the support tickets just disappear and it's hard to know what's open and what cases have been handled, etc.), so that's great; Avantika has been really helpful to work with!

Really enjoyed my experience so far, the support team is helpful, the platform is great and I'm almost always getting rates lower than anywhere else. Compared to a lot of others these came out the best, there's a few bugs here and there like not every order being imported, or sometimes delivery services you think would be available, simply aren't, but it's not enough for me to downgrade my rating. Highly recommend :)
After using 3+ different platforms to ship orders to my international customers, Easyship is by far the best I've worked with. Their pricing is competitive, the platform is easy to use, and their customer support has been outstanding whenever I've needed assistance. Shipping internationally can be challenging, but Easyship has made the process much smoother and more reliable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable shipping solution for their business.
Been using EasyShip for several years now. The ease of use with their external integrations - especially with Shopify - is our largest win with them. Also their network of couriers and warehousing partners globally provide them a huge draw for those trying to scale and enter new markets.
We are very happy with Easyship. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shipping company. It integrates with Shopify and gives our customers shipping options at checkout. They can choose DDP or DDU, the power is in the customer's hands. They are charged for the shipping option they select, so no hidden shipping costs as far as we are concerned. A brilliant company to use for shipping parcels in the UK or internationally. We've been using Easyship for years and only recently got on board via Shopify. The transition was painless for both the initial setup and implementation - the plugin just works and is easy to connect. Easyship even did a customization for us that's been working solidly and allowed us to expand to using multiple warehouses seemlessly. You can't ask for better support than that!

We’ve been using Easyship for 1+ year now to manage global shipping for our hardware product, and it has become a core part of our operations. - Their platform stands out for how well it handles complex shipping logic. - The rules builder allows us to control routing across multiple warehouses and carriers with precision - Overall while some carriers might have limited tracking the choice is ample and it allows to optimize for cheaper, fastest or best value delivery, and lets our clients choose what they prefer. - The integrations (multiple warehouses) were seamless for us. Connecting Easyship with Shopify and our warehouse systems was straightforward, and it enabled us to automate label generation, tracking, and customer notifications without additional overhead. - Support: while sometimes their team would need to clarify exact issues with carriers, especially when Customs delay is the case, they are very responsive and always available on live chat. Phone support is also available but in general chat support resolves the case. Overall, Easyship provides the infrastructure needed to run global logistics efficiently, without unnecessary complexity.
After working with the company for 5 months, I can say that they are one of the most wonderful companies you could deal with. They have a number of excellent shipping companies, easy to deal with and easy to set up, the technical support is very good. You need to pay for a plan to get immediate direct support. I really thank you and highly recommend this company because you will get multiple shipping options and good prices.

Using Easyship to ship our product to customers is very convenient. It is easy to choose which carriers and compare rates. Support team has been very helpful and easy to work with.
Shipping correctly includes many challenges. Easyship and Shopify both provide excellent assistance - starting when the customer places an order, then all the way to delivery of the package. The HELP department is especially thorough, diligent, and friendly.
I don't ship a lot yet so I'm on the lowest plan. But it's great for what I need. Shipping rates are easy to compare. It definitely saves a lot of time and money.
Alandra and Daniel were fantastic went above and beyond to make sure everything with our orders, labels, planning and shipment looked correct and how we planned. It took alot of the stress out of the process and gave peace and mind that what we were sending, was done correctly Fingers crossed all goes through to our customers ok! I’ve been on Shopify since October, and shortly after I switched to Easyship. While there is a free plan available, the paid subscription is absolutely worth it for me - especially because of the level of support. Whenever there’s an issue, the response time is very fast and the support team is genuinely helpful. The last person I spoke with was Sruthi, who assisted me with HS code issues and guided me step by step via chat until everything was resolved. Overall, I highly recommend Easyship. It not only saves a significant amount of time by eliminating the need to deal directly with multiple shipping companies, but it has also reduced my shipping costs considerably. For my business, Easyship has been noticeably cheaper than purchasing labels directly from carriers.

I like the simplicity of easyship and it is very user friendly. The only thing i would like to see for improvement is two things. 1) Increase the speed of the software. There is alot of slow down even when cookies are cleared. 2) Ability to just have the insurance payback to be put on the credit card that is on file.

**Update** We are very impressed with easy ship's live virtual customer support. In about 20 minutes they were able to fix our issue and get us on the right track. We are glad to have our shipping working the way that we want it now. This APP does NOT WORK. I am a small business and purchasing this app has caused me nothing but problems. Customer service is not helpful NOR will they refund you for their poor product. Do not purchase this app if you want one that will actually work. It has either overcharged or undercharged on every single shipment I have used it with.

great customer service. They helped resolve an issue quickly that was caused not by them but by a server outage at USPS that made shipments load funny.
