We are fairly new to working with a website but really wanted to have EcoCart. They made things really easy - the best customer service! This is what makes or breaks it for us... if something is just too challenging, we don't always have the time and/or expertise to make it work. So having great customer service is essential and EcoCart is really the best in this regard.

EDIT: After a few days, the technical gremlins seemed to have been sorted and we have now successfully reinstalled the app without any problems whatsoever. Support has been fantastic in assisting and keeping us updated during this period and also with the installation. Must particularly thank Austin who got the widget beautifully matching our store theme. So, now a definite 5-star rating, Good idea but I don't think it is suitable for use in the United Kingdom. Was told that I needed to enter payment details to stop it showing the offset in $, but having done that it made no difference. In fact, I couldn't get it to display in our cart despite setting it up several times. Wondered if I might need to enter my bank information as well, but couldn't as it doesn't recognise UK banks. On top of all this, the Admin side of things is painfully slow. Hi there - Dane here, CEO and co-founder of EcoCart. I apologize for your initial experience. I can assure you that our solution does in fact work with all different currencies. All themes are different and have customized nuances, and we can actually set it all up for you so it will work flawlessly and in the local currency (wherever your customer is located) and so that it shows up each time upon the first "add to cart" action. I see you are in contact with our support team about a re-integration and we look forward to ensuring the set up surpasses your expectations!

Not only is this app incredibly simple to install, but it's also purposeful and empowering consumers to make an impact on the coming generations with very little change (if you consider checking a box much adjustment) to their daily lives. Also, support is there almost immediately after it's requested to answer any questions or even adjust your theme's HTML to accommodate the aesthetic you're aiming for. Nothing to lose from installing, but a whole lot to gain.
