So far I am a fan! I am still learning about SEO and this app provides suggestions to improve my websites ranking, educational tools, and a promising ai blog function. This app will not necessarily do all the work for you but it can point you in the right direction and help demystify the process. Have had great support from Mario as well. The platform is constantly being improved not just for usability but also in added functionality.
Mário was a great help in ensuring that I had everything set up in my store. The technology behind AI and ChatGPT is moving fast, and this app is a much-needed tool to help us keep up.
We got a lot of great information from the analytics and reports for SEO/AI improvements and that it amplifies our seo efforts.
I am very impressed with how easy IndexGPT is to use. The LLMs.txt generation and tracking tools save a lot of time and effort. Everything runs automatically, and the support team is always available, providing quick responses and helpful solutions whenever we need assistance or clarification.
The SEO audit report and sentiment audit is really useful and gives actionable points to improve. I also like to control the LLM traffic in this tool

Lavender Life Company here. We are always looking for ways to grow authentically and organically. We did our research and came to the IndexGPT. We were helped personally Mario. We now have a better understanding what we need to do to make our site better, and with these tools we are already seeing an upward trend in Ai Visibility. We feel with these tools we are already ahead of the curve which is well on its way.
If you want to get your store properly indexed by AI agents, this is the app to use. It handles the technical heavy lifting like generating sitemaps and robots.txt files automatically, while consistently updating AI agents with our daily and weekly search trends. Since we started using it to streamline our AI-SEO, our site visibility has skyrocketed, leading to a direct and efficient increase in sales. Fantastic results and incredibly reliable! Also the integration of Google Analytics is a plus point which helped us easily track the customer channels.
This app is fantastic. Quickly helped us setup the files that LLMs consume. We even paid for the optional assessment, and it was well worth it. The assessment found issues with our technical setup in the Shopify redirects that was preventing us from being crawled correctly. Highly recommended.
We’ve had a very positive experience using IndexGPT and especially appreciated the clarity of the AI SEO guidance provided. The insights into LLM visibility, third-party authority signals and AI-facing content structure were practical, specific and actionable. What we value most is that the recommendations go beyond generic SEO advice and focus on how modern AI systems actually interpret and recommend brands. The support has been responsive, thoughtful and genuinely helpful for a growing e-commerce brand like ours. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to understand and improve their visibility in AI-driven search.

Excellent application, a definite must! Very easy to use, gives valuable insights and allows you to work around fixing your store so that AI works for you. Highly recommended A+++
Awesome app so far, love how simple and intuitive
Just installed IndexGPT and the experience has been really smooth so far. Mário explained the setup clearly and made everything easy to understand. Once the tools are activated and GA4 is connected, the app pretty much runs on its own, which is great. He also gave me access to the LLM Sentiment Analysis, which feels genuinely useful for understanding how AI is viewing the store. Excited to explore it more and see how the tools continue to improve.
Great experience so far. Very helpfull and quick support. The app itself offers some really cool features and is very easy to use. We will be testing this app some more over the next couple of months and are excited to see what will be the results.
Very efficient and powerful APP. Really index your complete website and all products within 1 min in all market important AI agents ( ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, perplexity, grok). Support is fast responding. Highly recommended APP.
I’ve been using IndexGPT and overall the app has good potential. Initially, I faced some difficulty reaching the support team through chat and email, and I didn’t receive a response for over a week. Later, I realized that some of the support emails may have been going to my spam folder, which explained part of the delay. That said, the live chat feature still doesn’t seem to be active, so communication can be a bit challenging at times. I’m hopeful the support experience will improve going forward, as the service itself looks promising.

As an independent e-commerce brand, it’s refreshing to explore an alternative to traditional SEO that feels more aligned with how people will discover products going forward. The setup is straightforward, and the concept behind AI indexing has strong potential, especially for brands that want to be found more intelligently, not just through keywords
