I was worried my in store pickup report would be limited in the data I needed, but after contacting customer support they helped build in custom columns that gave me exactly what I needed. They were super fast and responsive too.
Writing this review having just launched our program and have to say, Jason, our onboarding manager, was easily the most helpful and efficient rep with a third party platform that we've ever worked with. Not only was he an expert in Loyalty Lion, but he had tremendous knowledge of our other integrated platforms as well (Klaviyo, TapCart, Attentive). Jason genuinely wanted success for our program from the start. He went above and beyond so many times. We're excited to continue to improve and add to our program!

Lately, we have been facing some issues with referral candy. But the support is amazing. Been in touch with support for a couple of days to solve an issue and it was great. JC, the account manager took care of things, clarified all our questions, and got the issue resolved.

Great experience with KeepCart thus far! Has enabled us to get a better view and control on affiliate code sharing, and provides multiple solutions for mitigating the ongoing issue of code-crawler sites. Also has great UX, very user-friendly!
Rojen is the one who supported us on setting up the optin and push message. Great support and quick response just like a whatsapp chat. Thanks a lot for a quick guide to setup. His suggestions in our automations is more helpful.

I have mainly used it for product reviews with email and direct product reviews it's very useful to our store. And it has many features like SMS reviews, and writing feedback surveys. We have used many apps for reviews but Alireviews shows many features and has quick support as well worth for price. Thank you.
