Much better than any other review app we have ever used. The amount of reviews we are getting on a monthly basis is much much higher than ever before. The increase in amount of reviews has led to an increase in conversion rate to our store overall!

We wanted to introduce product reviews onto our website. Since switching to Lipscore, we have been incredibly impressed with the service and response we've had from customers. We needed to migrate the review aggregator we were using to a new platform as the one we were using was no longer fit for purpose in terms of review moderation, CX and having a solution that would evolve with the business. After choosing Lipscore the migration itself had a number of unique requirements (as part of the specification we had laid out) that needed some bespoke solutions. From the outset, the team at Lipscore were more than happy to work through these challenges with us and help find a way to achieve what we needed. It seemed like 'no' wasn't in their vocabulary. We've seen a significant improvement in our review response rates across all of our sites, which was something I was actually more skeptical about and my advise to businesses considering a move to Lipscore in the future - let go of what you think you like about your current set up. Take a step back from and and focus on the core objectives first. Trust the platform and the expertise of the Lipscore team. Then you can make incremental changes along the way measure performance properly, and make informed improvements as requirements evolve. What has impressed us most, however, is the level of customer service. The team are always available when we need support, respond quickly, and genuinely feel invested in helping us get the most from the platform. Nothing ever seems too much trouble.

We recently integrated the Lipscore Shopify App into our Shopify store and the whole process was honestly very smooth and straightforward. Unlike other platforms, there was no unnecessary hassle when it came to syncing products and order data. The integration was basically one click and everything started syncing properly straight away. We’ve only been using Lipscore for around 3-4 weeks, but the engagement and review response rate has already gone up noticeably. Big thanks as well to Angela, who made the entire process really easy. She was very responsive, proactive, and always available whenever we had questions during the setup. I have had the best experience! There are plenty of review platforms on the app store however I chose to pick Lipscore after seeing some other stores using this. So I decided to give it a go. And wow, I was blown away! I had a dedicated account manager to email who would reply in minutes as well as an easy and quick on boarding call. It is worth the money all day long - we are seeing almost double the amount of sales now we are showing reviews.

Brilliant! Great service and our ratings have gone up massively since we started using them. My only critiscm is that the widgets aren't great for your own branding and are very limited in colours etc but I this is something that they are working on and are very receptive to helping to code it to suit in with your site. Highly recommend.

We changed from Judge.Me for various reasons. Trust Pilot is a joke when you have reviews that are not actually reviews but just moaning about something that could be sorted out with a phone call or email. We even have 1 star reviews that are clearly made up by our competitors and those reviewers never bought any of our products (and we can prove it). Yet... we are still fighting not to be Trusted Pilot months later to remove them. Court action is our next step. Thankfully our LipScore reviews swamp what Trust Pilot has done with lots of genuine 5 Star Reviews :-) As for LipScore... All I can say is brilliant, it works !! The thing I am most impressed with is the onboarding and customer support.

We switched to Lipscore from Judge.Me and our review response rate went from around 2% with Judge.Me to over 51% with Lipscore and have almost got as many reviews & ratings in our first 2 months with Lipscore than we have had in 4 years with Judge.Me. We migrated from a well known, more expensive review channel to Lipscore. The main reason is that it's really easy for our customer to quickly leave a review. Everyone is short on time and this is so easy for them. Josh at Lipscore handled everything really smoothly and he imported all of our previous reviews, it was so simple!

I know the value of customer reviews and testimonials and have struggled to secure them over the 10 years I have been in business. UPDATE TO THIS: Since having some issues with how the star rating system was being perceived by our customer base, Lipscore has worked with us to provide great customer service. They've added a feature for our invites to get clients to confirm their ratings as to not have as many low star ratings done as a mistake thinking they are good ratings. Works, but can lead to false negative reviews if the customer does not read properly or understand the "Star" rating system (Sounds ridiculous I know, but it'll happen more than you think). Their method does get a lot of reviews and stars in a quick amount of time. Gives you great feedback on your products and how they are enjoyed by your customer base. Very responsive staff to their customer's needs.

We have been using Lipscore for a couple of months now. I must say that I was hugely impressed with the onboarding support and process. Josh explained the service well and I was impressed and intrigued by the results in his examples.... these targets have been surpassed in our experience Angela was absolutely fantastic and thorough in her onboarding process... I couldn't speak more highly of her, absolute credit to the brand. The actual system is easy to use and monitor and we have seen an increase in reviews from 1% to 37%.. its given us more opportunity to speak to customers and rectify any issues. Overall It's been fantastic.

Absolutely love lipscore! The best decision to move over from our previous provider. If you're debating it definitely talk to the team who are so friendly, helpful and really attentive over email and phone. We are seeing great results from only being on the platform a few months and are excited to see where it goes in the future. Would highly recommend Lipscore. The integration and support have been fantastic but the biggest improvement has been to our response rate which has improved to over 40%. On top of this the whole process of using the Lipscore interface is much more customer-centric allowing us to follow up directly with customers and ask for more information or offer solutions.
