I am beyond impressed with the app, mainly for the support that we were given when launching an auction for a fundraiser in our shopify store. Questions were always responded to quickly, patiently and they went above and beyond for us which is rare in our 20 years of business. A+++++. I'm not sure there is any better app for Shopify than this app. The app is amazing, the support is amazing, the endless customization options are amazing. They obviously understand shoppers, and how they shop, and understand how to make life easy for Shopify store owners to set up. I 100% recommend this app and am grateful for their access to support via the Live Chat and ability to acknowledge when they don't know the answer, they will get back to you later with an update.

I honestly don’t know how this app has so many 5-star reviews. I’ve been selling online for over 20 years, and I’ve worked with countless apps and developers to add custom functions to my stores. Out of all of them, this has been by far the most frustrating app and company I’ve ever dealt with. The installation process was unnecessarily complicated and poorly explained. When I reached out for support customizing the step-by-step builder for our store, I constantly felt like I was being treated as a nuisance for asking questions — even though my questions were reasonable and directly related to making their product work. It feels like the app was built by a group of tech people who released it into the App Store without any real plan for customer support. Their communication style was unhelpful at best and dismissive at worst. I found myself dreading having to email them, and I avoided it whenever possible. On top of that, the default look of the builder was clunky and unattractive for a live storefront. I ended up hiring a third-party developer to redesign it entirely, which defeated the purpose of paying for this app in the first place. In short: confusing setup, frustrating support, poor design, and a total lack of customer care. There are far better options out there.

This app is perfect. We tried a lot of different chat apps and some were too confusing, some way too involved with AI - We just needed an app to help offer live chat when we were online, and FAQ's and a way for our customers to leave a message if we were offline. Pricing is awesome and helpful for small businesses. We really appreciate the customer service and pricing model.
This is our go-to app that helps our customers be informed when products come back in stock. Looooove it and customer service is the best. Quick replies (love the live chat) and immediately helps.
First let me start off by saying this App had so much potential. I thought within an hour of installing that it would be the one we'd stick with. The pricing seemed great, and the interface was easy to understand. The problems lie with the customer support - there really is none. We wanted to modify the information that was shared with customers about their orders, and omit some specific order details from the AI replies - and no one would help. We tried their own AI chat and it wasn't helpful. We tried getting a real person to reply to us to no avail. If they could improve customer support reply time and attention to reply detail it would be great.

Best app for creating custom pages. So user intuitive and when you need any help, the Live Chat is SO helpful. We've had this app for all of our Shopify stores and consider it a "must have" for any Shopify store.

Thrilled with the quick support and help when we ran into installation questions. 24 hour support and helpful videos make installation and understanding how the app works less of a learning curve.
