I started using Netparcel years ago and I have to say that they have the BEST rates to every place that I have sent a package. I refuse to use anyone else and frankly other shipping providers can learn a thing or two from Netparcel, pricing aside their customer service is top notch. I have never had an issue with their site or my account. Whenever I send an inquiry they respond that very day and the issue is resolved. Speaking of shipping, I find their courier rates are cheaper than Postal without tracking. That pretty much says it all in my opinion. netParcel has been great for shipping LADDERAILs to the states VIA UPS. The rates are lower than Canada post and drop offs at the UPS store is always quick. Also love that it is free to use. We have inventory in FBA warehouses in the states and have the option to use their MCF for our Shopify orders, but netParcel still ends up cheaper for Shopify orders to the states. Importing orders is quick and easy. Will continue to use for Shopify orders.

Amazing savings on shipping for our small business. We can quickly compare rates and service options between multiple carriers. It has saved us significantly on our international shipments. We had an issue adding an additional form of payment to our account but the team took care of that efficiently.

Its been over 3 weeks now of us using Net Parcel and I am grateful we have. Canada Post cannot compete against 90% of our customer orders. We are seeing an increase in orders especially from Ontario (as we are in BC) because orders that were $20 prior are now $14. Plus with the free pick up, it saves us way more time. There customer service team is also outstanding. I have been blasting them with emails and they are very responsive and attentive. Overall, business is slowly trending upwards and Net Parcel are a large part of that. With the supply chain being how it is, having NetParcel backing us is making us stronger during these trying times.

We have been using netparcel for almost all of our shipments. It has saved us considerable amount compared to the other shipping options! Love that they added GO logistics as it has become our go to choice when shipping locally, just needed the tracking to improve for GO logistics packages but overall very happy with netparcel!

No issues with updating tracking when fulfilling orders. Issues with shipping companies are resolved by netparcel. Customer support is responsive. Shipping charges are much cheaper than negotiating with shipping companies yourself.

The search is over. By far the best shipping site I have found for domestic US shipping with THE cheapest rates and seamless user interface. I checked with 6-9 eshippers and hands down cheapest. Quick Quote helped me size my parcels correctly so as not to get slammed with extra fees and the tracking history is excellent. I have not used the international options yet but their FedEx US domestic rates rock. The only platform I need and use. Also, they pick up the phone and are helpful when I call.

Helped us cut our shipping costs pretty significantly. Customer service was fast when needed. I tried a few of these apps and this one came out ahead.

Great little app to have. Saves on bigger shipping costs - better than you can negotiate with a small home business. I like that you can import the order to then have it auto populate - I just wish I didn't have to enter the order number, and that it would fetch me a list of my orders to pick from - saving even more time.

Best rates available bar none. Sometimes a bit inaccurate due to box sizes but easily fixed by adding a small surcharge to each quote. Sometimes rates are a bit cheaper if you schedule a next day pick up and choose no signature required. Automatically populates shipping info from your Shopify account. Fast and easy web portal. Highly Recommended!
