Great support. I'd like to recognize Sarah for what she does. I've been using this app for at least 5 years now.
Great app and equally great service. I came for the remarkerting features but I'm excited to use the loyalty program now.
Excellent app and equally great support. I had a few questions around set up and some around liquid code- responses were quick and detailed. I'm also biased towards apps that do not impact site speed and Simple Bundles & Kits won hands down. Good work.

Excellent. Near perfect. I had a couple questions and Harper got on a call with me without me even prompting. This app will help me keep track and do some better forecasting. I'll be trying out the mobile app too. Great product. Strongly recommend it.

I tested every Product Quiz on the Shopify App. This one, hands down, is the best when you consider price, customizability and function. After I got knee deep and saw that this was the app to use, I was pleasantly surprised with the responsiveness of the support team. They were quick and seemed invested in my success with the app. Also, they have very good documentation. For as new as the app is, there's quite a robust library of resources. Great job! Highly recommended.

Richpanel is exactly was I was looking for when it comes to CRM. Support has been excellent. I had an issue, and Amarjeet set up a Zoom call to work through it. The app seems very well built and thought out.
I like how this app is put together - I'm using the Premium plan. It's got a number of features all in one place that makes tracking SEO work simple. There was a robust support document when I first installed the app but I can't access it anymore. Hopefully the team can bring it back soon. It's definitely worth the try.

This app gave me all the control and function I was looking for and is better than the paid versions out there. Highly recommend it. I'll look to Conversion Bears other apps for my needs.

2020 Update: For anyone on the fence on whether to use this app, get off the fence. This is the company to partner with. The Product Reviews app is great but their service and dedication to our business is refreshing. I'm not treated as a means to an end. Get the app! 2019 Update: Their level of service and communication is a worthy goal for all shop owners. You can sense that they are committed to your success. I highly recommend this app and the team that supports it. Update: It's been a few years and my experience is still great. I love the improvements and the customer service hasn't wavered at all. Working with Shopry has been great. Not only is the Product Reviews Addon much needed to extend Shopify's app, they provide excellent customer service and technical support. After sending an email asking a question or requesting help, I hear from Tommy or one of his team members in no time. My expectations have been exceeded over and over again. Two thumbs way up.

Great app. Does exactly as advertised and I like all the features. Backend interface is very clean. Would Love to see more templates and the ability to add basic HTML tags to text field. Other than that two thumbs up...err 5 stars!
Great app and excellent customer service. Install was easy and I got help making small tweaks. The team was also very receptive to my needs - it's not common to get that level of service and support for a $10/month subscription. Great job!
