6 Stars! Rosy, Lou, and her team were a ton of help. Very helpful. Looking forward to seeing them grow. The One email marketing app is also unique compared to other apps as it has a lot of ready made campaign themes to start off with.
Great app...I see what the 5s are about...not to mention, the CS is SUPER HELPFUL and uber responsive! They even have the option to request more theme designs which I will be doing. Perfect!
I can believe that is FREE and have so many templates creating pop up, emails and everything I want to growth my business . Support is over of 5 Stars . They jump and help me right away to help me .
Trish was Absolutely Specatular!!! She answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly then she went the extra mile and looked into my setup just to make sure everything was working properly and setup to produce the best possible outcome! Unfortunately I did make a few mistakes along the way (that I wasn't aware of) and she provided suggestions to improve Everything!! Then after I agreed to the changes she went ahead and did All of the work for me!! I have NEVER received such Specatular service like this from any company, EVER!!! If you're reading .... First of all the customer service is AMAZING! I chose one of the busiest times of the year to use this app, and I had a few issues with getting my subscribers in properly (something on my part) Rissa and Lou have been so helpful! I've never had a company respond back almost immediately at night, let alone on Thaksgiving Day in order to make sure my sms were going out properly! Over all everything has been extremely easy to set up and I would highly recommend!

This thing has it all - probably more than I need! A lot of it is really intuitive, but even if you find yourself stuck, the customer service is excellent. I had a question and was quickly helped by Rissa. Not only did Rissa sort out my issue, but also went above and beyond by delivering additional elements to me that I thought I'd have to go outside to another third party to get. I've just started delving into this app, but I'm looking forward to figuring out everything it can do!

As a chief officer for a 8yr old ecommerce company. I always check with Shopify apps periodically to improve the store. I've been through 10 email marketing apps, last one i've uninstalled is Mailchimp, not as user friendly and cost more. ONE email marketing is the best email app you'll find to date, hand down. it's the only app you'll need to grow.
So this more of a review for the customer service that I have been receiving so far. They literally are like a close friend who is just hella knowledgeable with the interface. You ask and they try to help you out as much as possible. this review is mainly for RISSA! She help me get my sms running smoothly. She had grace and such a positive attitude. 20 October 2023: I've just spoken with Rosie one year later from my earlier review and she went above and beyond to help me. Not only that but she is really nice! Jessica, Trish and Patricia go above and beyond with not only instructions in set-up, but get in there and fix for me within minutes, as well as offer tips. They seem to be available 24/7 regardless of time zone. My website isn't live yet but so far seriously happy with the App. Not only that, it's free! Highly recommend.

Excellent features that are clear and beneficial for our site. Rissa was kind and willing to help through all of the questions I had.
So far this app has been good for me. Customer support is very important to me because I am not very technical so I rely on this support to keep my business running. I have had a couple calls with customer support and they are very responsive with text, but video/screen share support you have to schedule for the next day usually. My most recent video support call was with Rosy Roberts today and it was extremely helpful. She helped me resolve my main issue and made sure she answered any other questions I had about their service and addressed those as well on the same call.

After analyzing the pros and cons of several Email Marketing apps, and having tried some like MailChimp, Shopify Email, MailRelay, and some others, I decided on ONE, and I'm delighted! We've only recently used it but it's very very complete. The customer service is great, super attentive and I can make calls for settings or if I have questions, etc. Only with the generated campaigns' incomes it's already worth-paying the premium, and it is much better and cheaper than the famous Klaviyo.
Just starting to use this app but customer service by Maya has been exemplary. Looks promising and hope this app will make my business go further!

This is the first review i have ever written in my life. One, particularly MAYA’s customer service, was enough to create this first. ONE has an incredible system. I had spent a month putting together multiple apps on my store, paying multiple not small subscriptions, and ran into the one app while searching to install something else. The whole time i had been searching i was thinking there had to be something that had more of these features in one place, and ONE HAS MOST OF THEM. And it appears they will soon have them all. The app is also very easy to operate. And best of all their CUSTOMER SERVICE. Everyone has been helpful, specifically MAYA. I have been fortunate enough to have her help me on multiple occasions, and she is always rapid with her resolution, and enjoyable to talk to while in the process. ONE and Maya, are exactly whats needed for your business to run professionally quickly
I have been using this app for more than a year and it has helped scale my business and increase revenue in a variety of different ways. It's an all in one platform and the best part is that the customer service is very kind and diligent so even if it looks complicated in the beginning - since there are many different features, you will get the support to set everything up.

Customer service and support is outstanding. The app its self has multiple functions and the app is extremely easy to navigate. They have a lot of new things they are working on incorporating and even have a suggestion tab for things to add to the app

LOU! Helped us for an hour with integrations of a specialty pop up! Super attentive, very easy to follow & had all of my questioned answered. Even though the regular version didn't allow for this pop up straight away Lou went to the trouble of customising & adding code to ensure what we wanted was achieved. Outstanding Service! :)))

This is the 3rd time I downloaded this app, because I was determined not to late it beat me. The few times I have played with this app it seemed very complicated and seemed that I wasn't getting the attention at hand and help to try and solve the issues and problems that I was having. Until today when I got to work with Lou. Lou was VERY,VERY attentive, and extremely helpful and patient just as well as kind. Lou helped me to make my experience with this app seem as a breeze, and easy as ever. I am just into my trial period with Upsell and I am blown away by the customer service... I wanted to customize a pop up and Rissa was simply amazing. She helped me get the look and wording I wanted for the ad. Also started different emails for marketing and I can tell I'm going to be sticking with them! Easy peasy. Thank you guys!
very well put together app and operates well also once you learn the in and outs. I needed some help today with inserting an html image and Maya helped me. I did not even have to go into too much detail as she knew what I was talking about straight away. Maya helped with the image and also did a tutorial video for me so I know what to for next time. At first I was on the fence about this app, because it required more than I was use to. But after getting in contact with their customer service team and taking the time to learn the system I'm hooked and encouraged to do more. Lou was a dream he provided screenshots,screen recordings, pleasant and was extremely patient with me while we went through each detail of set up.
