Kevin & Parker of what support should be when it comes to giving assistance top tier we must say, very helpful and very patient thanks guys. the True Value app is something special we should say, and its a unique one at that. Easy to navigate and customize, design and layout is amazing, but the most amazing part about the app would be the emailing feature and we can see this being quite handy for a lot of businesses. Never seen a wishlist app quite like this, this is a must have, highly recommended.

Brian was such a big help and had a solution right away for the problem I was facing. Very polite and patient. not too user friendly. Confusing on how to really use

First we must give a huge shout out and 5 stars to Lorena at Trendsi support, cool vibes, and the most awesome support, absolutely no complaints at all, she made our onboarding experience a breeze. Now for Trendsi, we have just downloaded the app and we must say this is most impressive, and seems like its a sure way to win in the fashion industry especially for new beginners, it even offers private labeling to keep your business on brand for your customers. And on top of that its so many products you can choose from. Right now we are exploring and once we have gotten our feet all the way into the water, we will leave a updated review for new merchants who will want to give a try. But far as where we stand, Trendsi is a GO TO. No question.

We have got to leave a 5 star review for Paulo and his service. Since we been with Shopify we don't believe that we have received any support quite like this. With not hesitation Paulo met all of our needs and extended great help and support. With that being said WE thank you again Paulo. Being that we just installed this app we will update with a future review for those who want to know about the app.

I got to hand it to the Rivo app and the support team. Jel is a awesome team rep. When I say awesome I mean AWESOME. What i didn't understand Jel made it clear and precise, any question that I had Jel had me covered on all ends making it easier for me to navigate the app. Thanks Jel you were a big help for me and my business.

I got to give it to this app, I don't think a app has had quite the impression on me like this one and quick. This app is most definitely a MUST HAVE upon install I seen a significant increase in scores. This app is very user friendly but some things you will need help with and with that said that is where Lani from the support team came in and came through for me and Jimmy John's fast. If the whole support team is anything like Lani then us entrepreneurs have no choice but to win with this app. Lani was very fast with the help and fixed all critical errors that was going on with our store, not to mention she is very kind, and patient and will to answer any concerning questions. Thank you Lani. Now as for this app and the support team which I assume they are the devs of the app, I must say they are doing anybody with a Shopify store a great service with both the free and paid plans. As it is you get so much done with just having a free plan and you willing and great service with it, a lot of errors was fixed and thats a big deal being we just installed the app. We as entrepreneurs will be upgrading to a higher plan as soon as possible, this app has some great potential and think it will serve us well, not to mention it can't have over 2000 downloads for nothing. Thank to the team at Tapita, and thank you to our host Lani for the services. We highly recommend.

I think app has some serious potential to be a highly favorited app by plenty of store owners. Though today is the first I downloaded and use it, I must say that it has grown on me. Though it still seem to overwhelm me a little because I not sure how I want to customize my notification setting, I think in the long run once I start playing around with thing ill be alright. Customer service is awesome by the way. Kind, patient, and very helpful. Customer Support Lynn helped me through the whole process of what I didn't understand, and with customization options that I was trying to portray in the app. Thanks a lot Lynn very helpful. Now would I recommend the app I would have to say yes as of now. Though I haven't seen it in action as of yet, I got a feeling that this app can be very helpful indeed in the long run. Guess I'll have to wait and see, though I pray I never have any returns as I wish for the many of business owner.

This is the 3rd time I downloaded this app, because I was determined not to late it beat me. The few times I have played with this app it seemed very complicated and seemed that I wasn't getting the attention at hand and help to try and solve the issues and problems that I was having. Until today when I got to work with Lou. Lou was VERY,VERY attentive, and extremely helpful and patient just as well as kind. Lou helped me to make my experience with this app seem as a breeze, and easy as ever. I learned a lot from Lou and how to navigate this app and configure certain aspects of this app. Lou I thank you a lot and look forward to working with you again if the occasion every arise. I'm got to give this app 5 star rating. And the reason being is because this app is very user friendly and not complex. What wasn't understood at first Waqas made very simple to understand, and it was caught onto just like that. Not to mention the pop up looks amazing. Despite some features not being there like I wanted I was informed that new features are being added in the future, though the app is not lacking much. I enjoy this app and look forward to using it. Thank you Waqas for making this app a very enjoyful, and the attention you gave. :)
