The best bundle app I could ask for. I have tried so many and this one checks all the boxes and on top of it they have an amazing customer service especially Domantas. No bugs, no crazy installations, no confusing support chats. Just get it and see the sales coming :)

I did not have a good experience with this app. Despite all reviews I find the editor to be very hard to work with (I am a technical person and pretty quick in adapting) and when I was done I was seeing weird stuff on the live link. 2 days went by and tech support could not figure out the issue. The chat is also confusing as so many people join and leave so each person has to go back and review everything from the beginning and you have to hope they get it right. I do not recommend this app.

Don't let the 5-star review full you. The developers of this app are so confused about the functionality every time I ask a question they break something else. I DO NOT recommend this app. They cannot communicate clearly and it seems like there is no log of what has been done, so each rep overrides the other person's work.

Great app and amazing support

I had a bad customer service with this app but they managed to jump on my issue and help me with a fix quickly. I give it a 4 star just cause of the initial hiccup, but the fact that they managed to fix my issue fast is very impressive and it shows they care.

Great app with really nice features for urgency and advanced targeting + great customer service. Highly recommend!

Update: this app used to be very good but the support is not responsive even after 4 days of waiting. It's hard to reach them although it is mentioned they are available every day. I have checked the chat logs and emails even spam folder and nothing! Very sad to see good apps like this lower their level of customer service after some time. Might switch to another app soon since the app is also throwing an error in our theme. Old review Sep 2022: This app is very easy to work with and has lots of features. An app that gets the job done for you efficiently and in a timely manner. The support and customer service are great. They have been communicating with us since day 1 and been very helpful. The dashboarding is easy and you can also set the time you want the backups to run. Highly recommend!

Features: A true gem on shopify app store! We were in pain to find a nice app that could add a free gift to our built-in cart slider with rules so that if someone wanted to add more they couldn't, and also to remove the gift when the cart threshold goes under the limit. This app does it all and i'm sure it has a ton more features for us to use. Support: AMAZING! 5-STAR service. Althought it's Black Friday and they are super busy they were kind enough to help me on the fly. Very smart staff and they even recommended a few tips that is going to make my customers experience better. Do not hesitate. Install the app and enjoy its features!

There are so many good things about this app and the team behind it that we cannot cover everything here, but if you are looking for a modern app that's powerful, flexible, has good pricing and AMAZING customer support, look no further. We have tried so many popular apps but Gameball stands at the top of the list for sure. Easy to setup, clear instructions, very pleasing branding for your store and super powerful.

Update Jan 31, 2022: I wish I could give them 1000 stars. The team behind this app is amazing. We had an issue with our Facebook Ads because we have a redirect app that changes the URL so the discount was not being applied to cart. The released an update for us in less than 24 hours just to fix this. If this doesn't make you get this app I don't what will? This app has been a huge time saver for us during Black Friday and we like it so much now that we don't want to remove it. Great customer service as well! highly recommend. Works in cart drawer and gives you full control!

Such a great app and an awesome support/developer. We've been waiting for so long to find an affordable app that gets the job done and when we had an issue their team was very responsive and they even created a short video for us to help us out. Highly recommend!

I tried so hard not to give a low review but I'm truly done with the developers and the support. The app itself is basic and gets the job done until the bugs starts to show. And then the fun begins because their support team does not understand how the app works and keep asking you to clear cache. That's literally the only answer they give you to any issue. When we deleted the app and requested the developers to clean our theme files, they first said we can do it and sent us a guide, but we told them we are worried we delete something and break the theme so they said they did it according to them and removed everything. After 1 month and a bit we still see their code and files in our theme. We contacted support again and they asked us to clear cache!!! how can clearing cache remove theme files??!! it's been a week and they have not provided a clear response although we confirmed we need the files removed and every time we use their chat they repeat themselves and don't understand the issue. I do NOT recommend this app to anyone.

An all in one app for reviews, Q&A, loyalty and more. Very powerful and the team is very responsive. I should say their services have improved even over the past few months.There is definitely room to improve the QA process. I also wish we could integrate with Klaviyo with other plans and not just the highest plan.

We were originally really happy with their services, but the customer service has been very poor and they seem to be very unresponsive. They removed the chat option, and now emails take forever. Our recent tickets have not been resolved or answered properly. Very disappointed!
