Simple to use and easy to adjust to fit your needs. We do a lot of work with schools and the invoicing and quote creation ability make this something we use every day. Customer support was also very quick and fixed a template issue we were having. Highly recommend.

The support was fantastic, responses were fast, and the representative who handled our case was extremely knowledgeable, which helped us get things understood and resolved quickly. Oxilayer had every feature I needed. Attaching the invoice to order emails was easy to set up, and they were even able to help configure the invoice numbering after our migration.
We use Oxilayer for our Shopify store in Germany and are very happy with both the app and the support. We had some specific requirements for our B2B invoices, including custom item attributes, payment terms and ZUGFeRD XML. Edwin took the time to understand our workflow, checked our actual Shopify setup and even implemented adjustments in the app to support what we needed. The communication was friendly, fast and very personal throughout the entire process. After the update, we tested everything again and the custom item information is now correctly included in both the invoice and the ZUGFeRD XML. It is great to work with a developer who not only answers support questions, but really tries to understand how the customer uses the app. Thank you, Edwin, for the excellent support and your work on these improvements. Update 15 juillet 2026 : Presque 2 ans que nous utilisons Oxilayer pour notre facturation globale et tout fonctionne parfaitement. Depuis la mise en place de la facturation électronique via Peppol en Belgique, on a utilisé la fonction de Oxilayer et c'est parfait. La meilleure app de facturation ! Nous avons testé plusieurs app qui étaient très chères et avec beaucoup moins de fonctionnalités. Nous recommandons totalement cette app et le service client qui est très réactif. Merci à Edwin pour son aide et sa disponibilité. On recommande totalement.
What's not to love - Really easy to set up and use - Customer service is supper responsive - a ton of features - the ability to customize templates and at half the price of the previous app we were using. Very happy we made the switch.

After using various other (expensive!) invoice apps, finally found an app that works well with Shopify Flow. Setup is straight forward and app works reliable. Thanks to great support by Edwin, we now also use the app to send our customers documents needed to clear US Customs.
By far the best invoicing app I have ever used on the Shopify App Store, and I have been using Shopify for four years now. The app is simply outstanding. It automates a huge number of tasks, including sending invoices, certificates, and other documents as PDF attachments. This is a major advantage because it allows you to maintain full control over the information sent to customers and ensures that all documents remain clear, professional, and unalterable. The customer support is equally exceptional. I have exchanged many messages with Edwin, as I had quite a few specific requests, and he always handled them perfectly with professionalism, patience, and efficiency. I was initially hesitant to switch invoicing apps because I had been using my previous solution for a long time. In the end, I am extremely happy that I made the change, and honestly, I should have done it much sooner. I highly recommend this app. It is simply fantastic.

Outstanding support from Edwin. We had some custom layout and metafield requirements that required significant direct support from Oxilayer. Can't recommend them highly enough, the final result is exactly what we were after.
We have been very impressed by this app and how quickly we could adopt it into our workflow. The free templates are super flexible from the start and the drag/drop editing tools are understandable. Going from no Draft order printing to really nice templates in a couple days for free is instant ROI. We can also use one app now for easily printing Invoices and Packing slips. Our previous flow used the Shopify Free printer and that was working ok after custom coding a template but this went another level. Usually with free apps, the support can be super delayed and unhelpful. That is not the case here. Edwin has been responsive and willing to work with our business. If you are waiting, give it a try for free and you will not be disappointed.

This is by far the best invoicing app on Shopify! I had downloaded and tried several other invoicing apps in the Shopify app marketplace before deciding on this one. You can create multiple templates (invoices, Proforma invoice) where as in other apps, you are limited to only one type of template. There are also templates like for orders, returns, refunds. From your Shopify Order page, you can send out the invoice with one click, under More Actions. You can also send it to another email address instead of the original customer. The best part is that it works with Shopify Flow. I love how every field on the invoice can be customized with the drag & drop editor. The app is very well designed and streamlined. Edwin from support is very responsive, and extremely helpful! I highly recommend this to all Shopify merchants who want to automate their invoicing process.

Great app with lots of customization and possibilities. I had a small issue with a packing list, contacted the chat, and Edwin replied quickly. An hour later, the issue was fixed. Definitely recommend the app. Great support!

What a fantastic discovery in such a crowded invoice-app market! I gave a few others a shot, but this app, especially Edwin’s support, is dead set five stars. Using this app for more than a year now, have never had any issues and works perfectly. It’s got heaps of great features, super flexible setup and a great customer experience. Highly recommended!

Very customizable app. Integrates well in many different forms to your store. I use it only to send customers invoice link that is integrated into order confirmation page and it works great. Also support is there and very available to clarify things. 10/10

Excellent app with a very responsive and professional developer. I had specific French VAT compliance requirements (mixed VAT rates + discounts) and everything was handled perfectly. Edwin made all the necessary adjustments quickly and with great attention to detail. I can't speak highly enough of the Oxilayer dev team. I requested a custom feature (upload packing slips to Google drive) and it was implemented quickly, and Edwin even helped me set up my Flow automations to automate packing slip distribution to my suppliers.
Probably the most versatile invoicing app out there. I deleted the app a while back when Shopify came with their own VAT invoices. But (as with many things) Shopify makes is practically impossible to use it. So I installed Oxilayer again. Instantly a relief from my clients getting an invoice in their email after paying. Everything works SO well. The options you have in the backend is very broad, as well as the templates. Would 100% recommend!

Several of our customers need invoices sent in PDF format, and this saves us from doing it by hand. Support on this is absolutely fantastic!
