Not just a great app, but a service that you can actually count on to help you right when you need it!

The support team is very quick and provides accurate answers. The service also offers a good degree of flexibility, so most of the things I wanted to achieve were possible. Some of my very detailed preferences could not be realized due to the system’s specifications, but about 80% of what I wanted was achieved. I feel the pricing is fair, and overall this is an excellent app!

I just installed the POWR Survey app, so I’m still exploring its full potential, but I wanted to highlight the excellent support I received right from the start. Jamilya was very helpful during the setup process. She guided me step by step, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was working correctly. Thank you!

The App backend is not working and we contacted the support as we are not able to proceed with a campaign but no answer from their side. that's not acceptable at all.

The text states that the free version includes unlimited surveys and responses. However, this is a lie. In the free version, you can only receive 25 responses per survey. Additionally, the free version is cluttered with advertisements, making it impossible to properly test the app and survey customers. Not recommended. Please note that in our listing, it's clearly stated that the free version includes unlimited surveys and NOT RESPONSES. Moreover, we do not display any ad on our apps apart from the POWR logo that is showing at the bottom for free plans, as we do care about our users privacy and experience. Hopefully this clarify the confusion. In any case however, could you please send us an email at support@powr.io so we can clarify any other confusion that you might have? It's a great app. We stopped sending surveys out a while ago so we had to cancel but if you are using surveys it does everything you need it to do. The Customer service on the app is also great they answer all your questions quickly with no hassle. Richcarde was amazing! Great customer service! The only thing I would change for the free version is to bump up the number of responses to 50 instead of 25. Other than that this app is great!

I've been talking with Franz from support for weeks now. Something relatively easy (adding a bit of JS to the app) is proving extremely difficult and time-consuming. I had to pay 150 USD for a developer to come up with a script so I can track survey usage in Google Analytics. I have a POWR.io PRO subscription which allows this script to be added, but it needs to go through their support and now they're telling me I need a more expensive Business account to do this (while their own support page says a PRO account is enough for added JS). App does what it say it does, but if you need any support whatsoever don't count on adequate help. All in all quite disappointing so far since I pay around 200 USD a year for this... Hi there! Kindly contact us directly at support@powr.io detailing the e-mail address linked to your POWr account+weblinks with live POWr plugins installed so that we can look into the issues for you and come up with a relevant solution and/or workaround. I thought this app was great, UNTIL it connected me to other people's Shopify stores to insert my survey. This is terrible and shocking security. Paid $115 for 1 year. Did 1 survey, 6 responses. Billed $105 "usage". What for? App Cancelled. V unhappy. Sorry about the confusion! The $105/yr is the annual subscription amount, it is NOT an additional charge. The Shopify API we use is called "Usage charge" and allows us to apply discounts (instead of just a static price with the other API). We do not charge any fees on top of what's advertised. I hope this clarifies it!

Great app with enough FREE feature to remain usable without having to take on a pay plan straight away which is very helpfull when you are just starting up

Really not impressed with the free version so there isn't a chance that I would pay of the app. Plus, $15 a month just to limit the number of entries? Not going to happen, uninstalled.

Contacted support about a bug June 21 and it's now June 24 and no word back. Not sure if support still exists for this.

Quite easy to set up and install.

I just installed a free version of this app and so far creating the survey was super easy. Can't figure out where and how to publish it on my store yet but will update I soon as I get that and see the reactions of my customers. So far so good :)

Very nice customization options and integration. A little complicated at first but once you get the basics, you'll create surveys in a snap

We are using this app to help us better serve our customers. It is easy to follow, easy to install and easy to use. We just installed it so we will see how it does.

This app has been hard to install and embed. I could give more feedback once I am able to start using it. I wish you had phone support. I am in a time crunch and it is more difficult and time consuming to speak over email.

Not what it appeared to be, connect to mailchimp, so you presume it enables sending via mailchimp, wrong!

POWr Survey is working wonderfully for us! they just added the ability to send custom confirmation emails upon completion of the survey! its well worth the $
