The app works great, but I need to be able to (automatically) translate instant answers to customers language (i.e. Dutch for Dutch customers etc). Please implement this, thank you!

My labels showed up twice on the same products, which looked bad. Not happy with support. Emailed multiple times but didn't get a response in weeks. Up your game!
App works great! Support is fast. I had a few suggestions for improvement, and they've added it to roadmap. Keep up the good work! :)
Edit: it seems the quality has decreased over the last year or so. While the support is still decent and the folks there are willing to help, the app and widgets are just so terribly slow and buggy. They often don't load at all or only after waiting for more than 10 to 15 seconds (which is waaaay too long in this day and age) The backend is the same; it's just slow and clunky. Please fix the speed and the bugs or I'll be forced to move to a different app. Original review: Excellent App, 5 stars. I asked if they could remove the empty stars if a product didn't have any reviews yet. They responded within an hour and fixed it the same day.. Absolutely great support! I'm really happy I found you guys, keep it up!

Great app, and amazing support if you need it. They even did some custom coding to make the app look right on my store (www.teddyandwool.com). I love that my customers get to see a selection of products based on their preferences. The only thing that would make me love Lantern Product Quiz even more is if the customer would get an option to upload files to me.

I've been talking with Franz from support for weeks now. Something relatively easy (adding a bit of JS to the app) is proving extremely difficult and time-consuming. I had to pay 150 USD for a developer to come up with a script so I can track survey usage in Google Analytics. I have a POWR.io PRO subscription which allows this script to be added, but it needs to go through their support and now they're telling me I need a more expensive Business account to do this (while their own support page says a PRO account is enough for added JS). App does what it say it does, but if you need any support whatsoever don't count on adequate help. All in all quite disappointing so far since I pay around 200 USD a year for this... Hi there! So sorry this is happening to you. Kindly contact us directly at support@powr.io detailing the e-mail address linked to your POWr account+weblinks with live POWr plugins installed so that we can look into the issues for you and come up with a relevant solution and/or workaround. Just installed it and loving the app so far. Would love to see the heatmap as well. That would have been 5-stars! Edit; just changed my review to 1 stars. Suddenly the app is no longer free to use and I have to pay to use it with an (up to) $999 USD charge a month.... Haven't received any communication from them about this change and just got prompted to update the app and approve these charges. Really disappointing as I was quite happy with this app. Atleast have your existing users be grandfathered in or something...
I tried the app and it should be exactly what I need, but it does lack quite a bit of basic features which would greatly enhance the usability. Missing features are for instance having the widget shown for certain collections / products and changing the delivery date per collection / product. Also being able to show a delivery date range, instead of a delivery date would be a welcome feature. Will definitely reinstall and purchase the app once these features are implemented.
Advertising is a challenge, but with the Traffic Booster, I'm currently getting about 5x ROAS which is quite good. I signed up with my shop teddyandwool.com about 6 months ago, and I've steadily increased my advertising budget and together with Storeya we also explored other advertising channels (like FB/IG advertising). I highly recommend their app and team of professional marketing experts. I currently have my own account manager (Shout out to Berk!) who is a great help and really works with you on improving results. Any queries I had were all answered adequately and in a timely manner. 5/5!
