I have been using this app for 4 years now. In the past, when AMAI was smaller I was able to get support immediately and speak directly with a developer that was able to solve issues immediately. However, now I am in the process of transitioning my shop to a new theme and am having a bit of trouble with this app in doing so. This time around there is a "Customer Support" team that is absolute rubbish. They know nothing about the app or products they are selling, and in typical fashion with bad support they don't even properly read your questions and respond in a meaningful way, but instead will respond with a boilerplate response that is meaningless. I even specifically asked if I could be put in touch with one of their devs directly but was told no. We used this app so much that the team at AMAI even contacted me for an interview, and published that interview on their website. It was all positive, but that was before I most recently requested support and got no help at all. I'm disappointed in the new level of support offered, and if you are building a store that relies a quantity discount app like mine then I would warn you away from using an app with such bad support. I'm willing to update this review if the issues are solved, but as of now, with support having gone down the drain the experience is abysmal. We apologize that the resolution took longer than expected as it requires some dev effort to make it run on the new published themes. Ich habe mit Amai Upsell+ die Staffelpreise für meine Produkte angelegt und das völlig kostenfrei. Eine sehr gute und umfangreiche App mit vielen Einstellmöglichkeiten. Man kann einzelne Produkte, Kollektionen, den gesamten Shop einbinden. Auch Mix and Match zwischen versch. Produkten ist möglich. Das Ganze noch mit einer Timing Funktion und einem super Support. I used Amai Upsell+ to create the graduated prices for my products and it's completely free of charge. A very good and comprehensive app with many setting options. You can integrate individual products, collections and the entire store. Mix and match between different products is also possible. All this with a timing function and great support.

Had a few questions during install and received prompt support.

Amai has such excellent customer service; they went above and beyond to fix a problem that I caused with their app - I was shocked at how fast their response time was, and how extensive their reply and solutions were. The app itself is worth getting if you want to add quantity breaks to Shopify, but the customer service you get with the app is without a doubt so much added value.

DO NOT USE! DO NOT RECCOMMEND. This app is creating and sending draft orders by itself that offer HUGE discounts on unauthorized products and customers for no reason. Then the customer that it is sent to can complete the order with a huge discount (40%+) which is really awful for the store owner to have to honour the price they were given. This is completely unacceptable as a Shopify app. It is like being HACKED. I wish I could give them NO STARS.

First off, Jasper is amazing. Thank you for the help. I have worked on and with Shopify for 8+ years. I am thrilled when I find a good app that solves a need for my stores. What I am more thrilled about is when I find an app with a support team like here. These guys over deliver every time, and usually have things fixed in MINUTES. Apps can be tricky to make work store to store. If you work with this team, and use their apps, they will make sure it works in your store. I cannot speak more highly of them. If you need quantity breaks, go no further. For real, stop searching and install this one.

NO NOT USE THIS APP! The Support is completely useless and it takes forever to get help or even the correct answer. They simply do not care if you use the app or not. It is not possible to change all the text in the app. So the app will forever be english or 5 more languages. Completely useless. Don't waste your time

I've found the guys at SpurIT to be faultless in their customer service. I had an issue. Their response was immediate. The problem was resolved in a couple of days. Special thanks to Alex who went through the problem with me very carefully and patiently. Definitely five stars! ***UPDATE April 2021*** Again, they got back to me immediately and solved the issue I had immediately. Thanks Jasper! ****UPDATE November 2022 Jasper again quickly solved an issue. Their service is still second to none. 10/10.

The support is fantastic. I had a small issue setting it up and was helped within a day. Even after the problem was solved, they asked again if everything was fine. Without a good support, you get stuck in e-commerce. That's the way it has to be. Thanks to the app, I was able to increase my sales. You can set all the important features you need. Unfortunately, given texts cannot simply be translated by myself. This would be great if that would be possible.

I had an issue after installing the app, where the app displayed discounts on some of my other products, which was not part of the tiered pricing promotion applicable. I contacted support, and they were able to fix the problem within a couple of hours. Thank you so much for the great support!

MUCH better options than the built-in Shopify Automatic Discounts (which only allow 1). Definitely worth purchasing and supporting this developer! They fix compatibility issues with Shopify 2.0 or updated themes very quickly!

My issue didn't get resolved, and somehow the discount turned back on when I was no longer running the sale. Very disappointed.

WARNING! you wont be able to use discount codes in your store at all if you use this app. I emailed customer service and they blamed the issue on shopify. I contacted shopify support and they confirmed its THIS app causing the issue.

The App works well when it works but the functionality breaks every two months and I need to contact them to fix. I will give them one more chance to address and if it breaks again be moving on.

Every time THEY change their code you lose the chart of discounts on the item page. Complained about this 3 times and they just say its our fault because we change the template - using the same template for 2 years. Lost a lot of sales because of this app not functioning properly!

Great app! Easy to install and the support from the team is amazing. We have started adding discounts to our products and are starting to see great results.

I started with one product to test the app at no cost. That went well enough so I upgraded to a paid plan. I have noticed that sometimes things get weird with the code and portions of the price Break display disappear. This has happened twice and both times it was fixed quickly. I should add that this app is working super well for my products. Customers who would've ordered 1 or 3 in the past are now buying 3 and 7 items respectively. The purchase price per order has increased significantly so I'm sticking with these folks and hope the code disappearing act gets resolved.

The app used to be great! Now the app is constantly crashing costing me thousands in lost sales. If you need a reliable app, I recommend you keep looking.

This app had worked well, however recently I believe it to be changing my prices at random. I uninstalled it and will look for a better app.

this app was great when it was ran by spur-it. Recently sold to amai and the support has been terrible. I've raised mutiple tickets and they have taken days to get back to me...I am losing thousands of dollars in revenue everyday because of the lack of support

Update: Spurit used to own this app and they were great, but the new company that owns the app now, Amai, is terrible! I've been going back and forth with them for 24 hours and cannot get a straight answer or a fix to my problems. The app is no longer working and they take 4-6 hours to respond to emails, and then they don't answer all questions, but they give a generic response with no time frame as to when the app will be working again. This is the most important app on my store, so my sales have come to a complete stop for 24 hours thanks to their incompetence. I absolutely love this app and the developers! If I could give 10 stars I would! This app adds a very professional looking bulk discount widget to the product page, functions extremely well, is extremely customizable, is lightnight fast and easy to set up, and how well it works on desktop and mobile. What more could you ask for?! Well, as good as all those things are, the best part of the app for me has to be the customer service. I am a complete novice when it comes to building a website and I have made my fair share of mistakes, but they have not only helped me right away every time, but also fixed things that had nothing to do with their app! And every single person on their team I have spoken with has been so kind! I am going to look into all of their other apps because they are such a pleasure to work with!

Terrible Support. I took the annual priority package hoping that I will get "Up to 3 h/month of customizations". - We wanted to flag the products which are on sale, this feature is currently unavaible and the support person was not even intersted in helping us out. All he kept saying that the "Feature is not available and nothing can be done" and with the conversations I don't think these guys even care about their customers.

The Lady Coder aka Eugenia is an absolute star. I absolutely love the efficiency in which she handles the tasks! I highly recommend this app to anyone looking to increase their AOV and a sleek design! Eugenia - you are the best!

The customer service was expectational and was helped right away with an issue setting up the app. It does seem pretty easy to trigger the upgrade plan on accident like some of the others suggested. Works as advertised!

FOR: No product duplicates so no more inventory issues. Quick to install and set up - able to create price break groups based on %age or a fixed price. Fast Support should there be an issue (we had some custom Cart code) AGAINST: removes the discount code box so if you use voucher/discount codes this wont work for you. (we don't - hence 5 Stars.)

Be aware! This app uses "draft orders" so you'll, probably, lose abandoned carts and the "pixels" won't be triggered correctly. So, think twice if you want to mess up your funnel in order to use it. By the way, you can do the same using native automated discounts from Shopify.

So far I love this app. It has really cleaned up my sales pages and does a good job at increasing your AOV. I had an issue with the app when I first started using it and the support responded within a minute and fixed the issue in a minute. It is so easy to use and to setup. Changes can be made in seconds. The service I got from Stanislav was some of the best customer service I've ever experienced and was a deciding factor in why I chose this app over the competition. It also gives you greater ability to customise the design of your widget. The app certainly improved my site but unfortunately, shopify doesn't allow customers to apply multiple discount codes at checkout. The app works perfectly for volume/quantity discounts but I also give my customers manual discount codes, so if a volume discount is applied they can't also apply another discount. This is a shopify issue and not the apps fault. If shopify can fix this problem I will be re-installing this app straight away as it's the best. keep up the good works guys, Luke

Billing issue with the app - not acceptable solution We never used app but got billed $19.95 bc we have 2 products in our product list. We complained (and I am sure they can see we did not use app in their back-end system) but still had to pay that $19.95. I have removed app now and you can bet I will not use this app once I am ready for stacked discount.

We use this app for offering bulk discounts and it works really well for it. Easy to set up and edit. The best thing however is the live chat support and their willingness to help and fix any problem.

I really appreciate we can use one product for free to see how well it works. And it has been working well.

The quantity discount is added automatically and it overrides other coupon code, customers can not remove the code even when they do not want to use the quantity break discount, other than that, it is a good app and very functional. Customer service is average, they did not try to help at the beginning and not really dig into the problems.

Apps works great and is very easy to set up. Only disadvantage is that it needs to be reconfigured every time you make a change to your theme. But other than that it's great.

i needed help to fix some issues with my discounts. Eugenia gave me a top support to make a fast solutions because people were active in our webpage. The app gives you good options to make cool discounts.

Yes, the app worked correctly for one product, but it messed up our template code. We disabled and uninstalled it, and it's still messing up the code. Automatic discounts from Shopify wont work properly after this app. I contacted the support a couple days ago, still not hearing from them. I'll update the review once I get news from them.
