The support team at Stamped has been outstanding. Whenever we’ve run into something (theme updates, widget display issues, or migration questions), they respond quickly and actually dig in to fix it instead of giving generic replies. A few times they’ve gone further than expected—checking code on our store, adjusting things to match our branding, and following up until it was fully resolved. It’s rare to get that level of hands-on help from an app, and it makes a real difference when you’re relying on reviews to run smoothly. Highly recommend them based on the support alone.
Great app with lots of functionalities, widgets and integrations, now much better than loox in our opinion. Eslam is their most efficient employee, he helped us a lot. Recommended.
Contacted support and received a reply from Joel who worked out the issues and solved the problem for us. Feedback was great and the fix was quick.
Anthony at Stamped.io was extremely quick and very diligent in sorting the problem. I gave overnight access to my site and when I awoke in the morning to my delight the problem was resolved. Thank you
We’ve had a great experience with Stamped so far. The platform offers many useful features, but what has stood out to us the most is the quality of their customer support. Whenever we have questions or need help with a specific setup, the support team is always attentive, helpful, and willing to look into the details for us. It’s reassuring to know that we can rely on their support while making the most of the platform. We’re looking forward to exploring and using even more of Stamped’s features going forward. Updating 8/25/26. As always, the Help Team (Sandy, this time) gives very fast service and never makes a merchant feel silly for asking ANY questions. They follow up clearly and thoroughly. Updating 6-19-25. Again Stamped came through with correcting an ongoing issue! Their support team is superb! I cannot believe how effective Stamped is for increasing reviews! In a short period of time the number of Reviews have increased very noticeably! Stamped has made a huge difference. What more could you want from one App? I don't even use half of their services--as my shop grows, I'll definitely ramp up to the various services they offer. GREAT VALUE! I was using Shopify Review App--and received 20 Errors from Google recently--and it was all attributed to Shopify's free review app. Couldn't get the app Error straightened out so I knew I'd have to change-which made me nervous to change horses ! SO HAPPY I DID!! Stamped took it upon themselves to export/import existing reviews. Wow. This is worth every penny. For those of you hesitating to change Review apps--Go for it. Make the switch to Stamped!

So schnell habe ich einen Support noch nicht erlebt. Und dann alles richtig verstanden und umgesetzt. Stamped is very useful for our website and they are helping us very quickly when wa ask for help (custom section on our pages)
We have been using Stamped.io for several years now. It is a reliable way to solicit reviews from customers, and the reviews can be configured to show up on Google Shopping, or as Product Snippets. Should you ever need support, the stamped.io team has always been responsive and helpful to our enquiries, providing a solution. Going with Stamped.io is a great choice!
We've been using Stamped for Berberorugs and the experience has been excellent so far. The platform is clean, reliable, and easy to use, but what really stands out is the support team. Elvis and the team have always been responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful whenever we needed assistance. Highly recommended for any Shopify store looking for a solid reviews solution.
Stellar seller support. This app does everything I wished for and things I never thought about. Like anything great it takes a little time to set up, but if I can do it, anyone can and if you have any trouble they are right there to help. I upgraded right from the start, nothing great is free and it shouldn't be. With the reasonably priced upgrade I have all the features I could ask for. 10 stars for me. ------ Update 8 years later. I still love this app... it does everything it should and support is fast and perfect. I could not be happier with it. Ted

The support from Stamped is outstanding! The two team members I dealt with were professional and friendly and above all, fast. My reviews "disappeared" from my website and as a non-advanced user I couldn't work out how to restore them and had to request help. The response was instant and the reviews were up again overnight.
Anthony Roberts was incredibly helpful and fast. He fixed my issue quickly and made sure everything was working properly on my store. The app itself is very easy to use, and the support team really goes above and beyond. I truly appreciate the level of care and attention they provide. Highly recommend!

Thanks to Eslam, Anthony and Sandy for being helpful and responsive with any issues we have had getting set up with stamped. They have all been helpful in helping me get the best out of Stamped.
5 Starts for Eslam and his incredible support.... 1 Star for the app: I have a 2.0 theme and trying to set up was impossible; backend told me to edit in theme editor-> theme editor told me to edit in backend...round and round, no success until Eslam had to go into my theme and install, then try to accommodate my requests. I had no way to control the look or functionality of this app from my end, which ultimately led me to not move forward and uninstall. Super disappointed as I was looking forward to having an app that served both reviews and loyalty. Perhaps those who are fluent in code would have no problems... Again, all good things to say about Eslam, 5 star support!

I worked with Eslam to get reviews back on my store and the process was fast and smooth. Eslam was great at getting my reviews put back on every individual page as well as in my collections. Having Stamped reviews on my site greatly improves sales through social proof. Thank you all.

Brilliant customer support. Once the AI couldn't help me I set up a ticket and Anthony R got back to me in a timely and professional manner and helped me out with questions and even the set up of our account. I was a bit worried when Stamped lost its free trial as we had this on a few stores but it has been worth the subs on our busiest platforms and it is a great app that encourages customer interaction and feedback.

We've been using Stamped.io Reviews app for about 2 years now. I recently changed themes and some issues came up where code did not transfer over and reviews were not posting. Anthony worked quickly to resolve the issue and on his own changed the color of the review start to match our new site theme! It's functioning great and looks amazing now. Very happy.
The support team was very responsive and helpful. They guided me through the syndication process step by step, and everything worked successfully. Really appreciate the clear communication and assistance!

Great customer support. I had a question with the widget, and they could answer it within a few hours. Highly recommended. addendum: Had a small issue, but it was resolved quickly. Plus, they added more monthly orders to my plan, albeit for one month, to clear the backlog. The plan is pricey, though.
Anthony Roberts and the web developer team have been helpful in resolving issues regarding the proper formatting of reviews.
Had an issue where my site reviews suddenly disappeared. I emailed, received a response within an hour and they fixed everything! Fantastic support (especially for those of us not to savvy with tech). Thanks!!!!

We have been using Stamped for about 8 years on our main store and we have also started using it on our new store as well. The software is feature rich and easy to use and many customers use the features they provide. Their support (Eslam in our case) was very responsive and took care of the issue we had in a timely manner so we highly recommend using their services.

Very easy to install, I had a few technical issues manually installing the widgets but I reached out to the support team and they got back to me and fixed my issue within the hour! So happy and the app is great for showing off all customer reviews! Anthony helped me resolve a review widget issue I was having. 10/10 customer service would definitely recommend using this app.
