Have been a loyal customer for years. Was a little hesitant with this new app but it's really awesome. The team were very helpful in transferring my data. Ajit especially was brilliant!

So far so good. The app was easy to install and setup. I was specifically looking for a review app that would push reviews to FB and IG. Haven't had any reviews yet since installing the store so I will update this review when that happens. I'm also waiting on a couple of answers to questions from support and will also update this review if they're not responsive.

I haven't been using the app for long, this review is more for the customer service. I had some issues with an import, which I couldn't resolve. The support was very good and the problem was fixed in a single session. The app itself is easy to use and has a wealth of features. I also use the Google Shopping Feed app, so keeping with Simprosys products seems like a good idea as the interfaces are similar.

I've been in eCommerce for over a decade, and Milan from Proviews went above and beyond. He resolved my integration issue himself instead of passing it off to support, unlike others like Yotpo. Proviews is truly underrated, and their exceptional service deserves recognition. Highly recommend!
So far so good. Issues fixed quickly, communication very good. App is quite big, but quite easy to navigate around, having questions and answered for your products is a good tool. Thanks Milan for sorting my issues.

This is by far the best app service provider I have encountered. Their product is only $5 per month, and I have reached out to them countless times to request changes to the plugin's appearance. If however you are in need of help, either small or large, the Simprosys team are incredibly responsive and go the extra mile to understand your issue and provide a solution. One of the best things about the Simprosys support is that they will always explain the situation and any steps that have been taken so that you fully understand, which helps you as a store owner to self serve in the future. The app itself is clearly still evolving, but I'll give it 5 stars all day long because customer service has been awesome. While it might be hard to navigate the software at times, customer service has been willing to virtually hold my hand and solve every single inquiry and issue I've struggled with.

It took a bit of time to replace Yotpo as I was looking for a more functional review app that also included a "write a review" section. Absolutely the best app for reviews, got all the functions I needed reviews, rich snippets, Q&As, feed for google shopping, out standing support thank you for being very patient with me and my too many requests all were addressed and answered professionally I won't regret switching from stamped because it is over priced and very poor support. I wanted to create a REVIEW PAGE instead of having all of the reviews go to the specific products. This team was the ONLY team that was kind and helpful and worked with me get this done. I downloaded (and uninstalled 4 apps!) before I found this one. I WISH I would have found them first. AMAZING help desk, kind people and super patient! The reviews look great and the templates are easy to use!

Excellent app, maybe the best one for reviews. I like all apps developed by Simprosys because I trust them for my google marketing and also because of their outstanding customer support. I had to switch from Stamped.io because of the higher cost maybe 10X more than what other apps require and due to their poor support. I highly recommend this app if you want a clean, affordable, rich functions review app.
I started to use this app recently because I wanted a review app that is compatible with google shopping (SEO is a really big game changer for an online shop) I also wanted an app that can support photo reviews. I love proview so far, every piece of text is customizable, so I could translate everything manually into my shop language. (a lot of apps only support one language and can not be customized so this was amazing) The support is also incredibly fast and great. Really enjoying this app so far. I could also load all my past reviews in a CSV file which is also awesome.
All the reviews convinced me to try this app, and I was not dissapointed! I had a lot of reviews already on my website and Mr. Meet was so helpful and helped to import them and to get the app up and running. And now my customers can also leave picture reviews, which I'm so excited about. The app looks so nice on my website, and I love the question/answer section (I already had the app from this same developer, and was also assisted to migrate all the questions into the review section!) so so happy! get this app, you won't regret it!

We switched from another Shopify review app as we wanted to allow customers to be able to leave a photo if they wished . This was a very cost effective swap. But more importantly "Simprosys" have also written other apps for Google Merchant centre product feeds for multiple countries and also Google Product reviews. Very easy to install! The customer service is the best I have witnessed on Shopify . Fast communication and excellent support from Meet although I had no real issues uploading 10,000+ skus. Highly recommended.
We switched from Stamped.io. Proviews support is amazing! Reviews imported, widgets set-up, connected feed to merchant centre and product review feed live all in under 24 hours. Awesome!
Hi, to be honest, never experienced such a good support from these guys. I tried stamped.io beforehand and their support was so bad that I decided to stop working with stamped.io. Thex actually didnt respond within 48h! Only when I cancelled I recieved feedback. The guys from proview usually respond within cpuple of hours. The interface and the options are not as good as for e.g. from stamped.io but they are working on it to make the app better. The value money ratio you get is 1000x better than with stamped.io. Definielty a GO for Proview!

I've worked with Simprosys for a long time. Their customer service is knowledgeable and eager to help. This review app has a lot of cool features. I like the user interface, especially the layout of reviews and questions, on my website. The app is easy to use and has many features, such as displaying a review carousel, generating coupon codes, review drawer, and so on. Simprosys also develops websites, so they really understand the nuts and bolts of Shopify.
I only average one order per day on my store.I have been using this app for 2 weeks (I subscribed to basic pay plan after one week free). I have 6 reviews so far and one q & a. Love this, super easy to use. Installers were fast and ONLY required access. Installer did not need to ask me any questions. I got an email when they finished. I highly recommend this app. I am looking into their other apps as well.

You aren't going to find a more complete product review app than this. In addition, the developer is fast to respond to issues and implement changes to deploy this in your store. You need this over any other review app. Publish reviews, unpublish reviews you do not want, or erroneous reviews left. I have an automation that automatically emails my customer 1 day after delivery receiving their order, requesting a review. I customized the email to offer 250 reward points for 5 star reviews left. This is completely automated. MY reviews have gone up 1000%. Quality reviews from verified customers, and increases return rate with reward points offered. You get so much for the money with this app, and I highly recommend to other store owners. Download the trial and give it a test in your store!
Honestly the app looks really amazing and the monthly fees are cheaper compared to other apps i'm really satisfied and the support is available all the time and they try their best to solve problem and make you happy , honestly I really recommend it more than the popular LOOX app
Great app for uour reviews developed by a strong development team and brand that already have built top-noth apps for Shopify. Great functionality to receive verified and honest reviews from customer through an email-response system, that ads the high level of accountability and transparency for the user and hence the store. Use it for 4 of my online stores, happy with the solution as well as the support. Strong recommendation.
