Nice app, easy to use and helpful customer support
A great app, helpful, and easy to use. Professional and attentive customer success team, especially Ken who recently helped me :) I would like to have more visual customization options for the emails that are sent to the customers.
It's a nice app, easy to use, and has helpful customer service, like Taransh, who is very professional and helped me solve an issue with the app. I especially like the feature that allows you to add products directly from the pop-up to the cart. I hope that it will be easier to edit the "Gifted Products" in the future.
I just started to use the app, and after Haley's assistance from the support, it's working great. I use it to limit product access for specific customers, and it's working.
It's a great app, with great customer support, like Laxmikant from support who helped adjust the UI to my needs. The app requires a lot of manual work for updating the swatches, I wish it would have more automations.
The app is nice and has basic functions. There are not many customization options, but Hana from support was great and helped me a lot in customizing the app to my needs. I wish the app would have more customizations, and an option to do them myself.
I recommend it. It's easy to use, simple, does the work, and looks good in our store. Thanks to Cade from customer service, who helped me adjust the gift options to my theme.
The app is very useful for us, especially during the sale season. Jena from the support team is always attentive and professional, and she assists with every technical issue or question. Though the app suffers from bugs quite often, Jena is always eager to solve them.

Great app! Many different options for discounts. Helpful customer support! Currently is not working with the Buy Now button.

The guys at Poloriz are awesome. We needed a custom integration to run with the personalization, and they were super responsive. Easy, and frictionless setup!
Onboarding process is never-ending. "dedicated customer success manager" is a scam, she is not available and does not know the system well enough to assist. Support is not supportive at all and the overall attitude feels like somebody's doing a favour and not like a service for an app that costs a fortune. Very disappointed.
LL has increased our sales a lot, it still has some issues needs to be solved, but overall the system is very helpful. support team are great.
