Fantastically useful. Easy to use. Saves hours. What more could you want? I have come back to this time and time and time again - a life saver and an essential tool.

Utterly fantastic. We provide a very bespoke service and require all sorts of unique possible stages and this app enables us to cover all eventualities and provide immediate updates to our customers whilst ensuring we keep track of the order this end too. I have had to contact support a couple of times and have been replied to immediately - Have not yet got the customers login page sorted out but so far have been so happy with the system I am not sure how much the customer really needs it - but will look forward to getting that sorted out too. I have been trading online for the best part of 20 years and can certainly vouch for the integrity of this app - 100% essential if you provide personalised products.

1 STAR REVIEWER WARNING: This is some friendly advice. If you check out the 1 star reviews. They are, almost without exception tin pot "eCommerce wannabies" whose sites have no traffic, probably never will sell anything and it must be a NIGHTMARE for Henri. They only charge $11.99 a MONTH but I was being charged £150 A MONTH before I met Henri - and paid that for over 3 years!!! Henri provides me video chat suppport around the clock to get me started yet he still only gets 11.99!!! Henri works on the presumption that once the product is up and running they wont need to be putting so many hours in - but for people to suggest their work is a SCAM is disgusting - totally outrageous. I know he will be there whenever I need him. So if you see reviewers crying about being charged 11.99 when they shouldn't have been.... blimey.... get a life guys. Go and get a job because you shouldn't be in business if you are going to leave 1 star reviews over a $11.99 billing technicality. ********************************************* END OF TRIAL UPDATE: Henri has proven to be a man of his word - has worked miracles to ensure my feed works despite a number of issues that would have caused it to be removed. I cannot thank Henri enough and today asked him to manage my BING advertising so lets see if he is as good at that as he is sorting my feed - I think he will!!! I am a small business with a team of 3 or 4 I was using Zendesk for my needs in terms of customer comms and providing support through a small team. Zendesk proved to be overly complex and beyond my needs resulting in many confusing scenarios both for customers and staff Gorgias seems to be just right - easy to use - easy for my staff to pick up on and links nicely to shopify orders. I have decided to use an external chat function but I am sure for many small businesses the built in chat would prove highly valuable to a totally in house solution. Nice job

Very impressed so far. Several very useful functions such as repeating alarm notification - previous chats appearing above your conversation etc. I have used a number of chat services and this one is a perfect blend between affordability and great function. Works beautifully in tandem with my mobile too - All very seemless and I love the fact even the alarm tone is the same. It all makes a difference and improves the experience. Customer interface is very clear - and pro - active rules ensure I pop up to help my customers at the right moments - Cannot fault it.

Jaw dropping service. Ridiculously competent, personal service. Every single request I have thrown at Clement has come back with a fast reply with the answers I needed. Reports are created to spec or he will show you what you need to do for future reference to create your own report. I have just created a table of sale per product within each vender showing sales throughout the year on a monthly basis - how incredible? This is perfect for seeing sale trends and future stock planning. Amazing. I have been using Shopify for years and have been through SO many apps for reporting. The combination of human availaibility and solid coding/reporting is a perfect match. Hopefully the $149 will pay for itself each month in wise stock choices and sales growth.

Thanks so much for clarifying the comms issue! Its all working perfectly now and this app like others I have installed does the job just perfectly. Thanks so much for all your help getting this one running for me. Worth every penny.

It does not inteligently locate blogs "related" to your blog post. I have checked other sites from the reviews and it seems they have exactly the same problem. Has nobody even checked? The related blogs are meant to be related by tags but you will see this is not the case and therefore totally unrelated news stories show - and the same ones appear every time regardless of what story or tags are placed. So basically.... it doesnt work. Support has been none existent. Taking days to answer me - then providing me with poor answers and passing the issue to people who never follow up. It seems I am the only one who has noticed or cares but its of no use to myself.

Gotta say... Its free.... and its superb. A no brainer!

So far so good - couldnt be easier to implement and will see how it works out!

Impressive so far. I am on the 14 day trial as I need to see whether the $399 a month for full feature set will benefit me. Waiting for feedback on how to use it to its maximum on my site. Hope to hear from you guys soon .

Richards Guitars gives this a BIG thumbs up. I have been taking all my own imaged now for several years and I just saved a wopping 400 MB of image memory!!!! 400MB!! I can already see visually my site is loading dramatically quicker and will keep a close eye on bounce rate, page views etc and ultimately, fingers crossed, conversion ratios improving! Without question a total godsend for me.

Jaw droppingly awesome. I sell all over the world and spend my time giving people links to currency conversion sites. I have used another app that changed currency which effected by Google Shopping submissions but I have been re-assured this will not and I cannot see why it would so fingers crossed. Support has been first class too. If you are selling internationally or have a desire to do so - its a no brainer.

Any shopify owner reading this - please take note! I have traded online for 21 years - shopify was my single most exciting find. Since then I have used many many apps, some better than others. If you need reports and are frustrated by the basic reporting features of Shopify THIS is the system you need. A unique combination of "app" supported by real people who will indentify what you need to do - create it for you - so you can then press the button when you need it or schedule it to appear automatically on a given date. I could not ask for more and I know if I DID need more - I can email them and expect a very prompt reply on how to get the "more" I need. I don't think I have seen any criticism but if you do see any - ignore it.

Incredibly slick service. First class reviews system but so much more such as automatic updating of Facebook and Twitter with my latest reviews. Seems tot be more in the pipeline too and am very much looking forward to the developments. Thank you for your service so far which has been outstanding. My most important app no question.

A very nice little app that provides a touch of class to an other wise dull page (The contact page). My customers can quickly see where I am and how far away they are from my shop. Perfect!
