Our ecommerce sells second hand clothing. We have lots of SKU, in fact each garment is one SKU. Therefore, it is a big challenge to manage all these codes, including discounts. I recommend this app because is easy to implement, is very flexible and works fast. It is also important the constant support we received from Norbert. Heartcoding is a really good option to manage your pricing and discounts!

I've tried several different apps for the same functionality, but I always find myself coming back to this one. The interface is super intuitive and easy to navigate, even for someone who's just getting started. It's straight to the point and covers the bases for all things related to running sales, discounts or promotions. I personally manage a Shopify store that's not promo heavy so for someone who isn't looking for complex set ups and features, this is the most effective and efficient app to go with. What I also love about this app is the reliability of the support team. Whenever I've had questions, or needed custom changes to be made, their support team has responded quickly with thoughtful and detailed answers that actually solve the issue instead of sending generic responses. Great app and great customer service. After I updated my theme, something did not work and they very quickly and smoothly fixed it. Also, any additional questions about what the cause was, and how to (possibly) avoid the same situation was kindly answered. Also rare, for app developers, they actually answered my questions, as opposed to what I unfortunately encounter too many times, some apps answer to a question I did not ask, and irrelevant to the issue. These guys, answer focused, relevant and as extensive as requested! Which means I can trust the app and organization behind it with the growth of my business without fear or anxiety. I’ve been using this app for about a year and really love it. The sale badges on product images clearly show discounts and attract attention straight away. The countdown sales and top announcement bar are fantastic for creating urgency, and I love that customers can click the bar and go directly to the sale collection. Checkout features showing the original price also help increase conversions. Customer support is excellent — very patient, responsive, and helpful with setup and adjustments. UPDATE: The missing feature has been implemented, which was the biggest detractor during my whole experience with the app. I'm very impressed that the app team worked their magic to make it happen for non-Shopify+ stores like us. This means that you get all of the awesome features this app offers in an easy to implement manner. I already loved the front-end features/presentation and I must congratulate them for their efforts, which I assume was a big undertaking. The team is also very responsive, Thank you! Once you install the app and create your sales campaign the sales on the product pages appear correctly applied. However, duting the cart, checkout, and confirmation e-mail, there is no information about discounts applied. Yes, the price is correctly calculated but the customer cannot tell that from their point of view and neither in the Shopify admin fullmilment of the order. Unlike Shopify's very onw discount module, where you can see all prices slashed with the corresponding discount, YOU DONT get to see that on this app. This costed me so much time and confusion on my part as well as the hundreds of emails from confused customers. This developer should've mentioned that in their app store page, but it's nowhere to be found. Bottom line, IF YOU DON'T HAVE SHOPIFY PLUS, LOOK ELSEWHERE.

I had a problem on the weshop and it was solved excellently for me, even though it was not the app but a Shopify setting.
