I haven't had this app for long, so I cannot give a review for the longevity of it, but I did find the chat helpful and they fixed things on my website I didn't even know were wrong and made sure to keep my branding. They gave me the peace of mind in knowing that my website is more disability friendly now.
From start to finish, the install was easy and the amount of support from Iris and the team were above our expectations. This is a must have to ensure all guests can have an enjoyable visit to your website.

I can't say enough good things about the support team at Avada Accessibility ADA EAA, especially Olivia. I ran into some problems with the widget and wasn't sure how to fix them. Olivia took the time to understand the issue and walked me through getting everything working exactly how it should. She was quick, friendly, and clearly knew the app inside and out. It's rare to get support this good anymore. Olivia was perfect, and she's the reason this app gets five stars from me.
Just installed Avada Accessibility and still getting everything set up, so I haven’t had a chance to test all the features yet. So far, customer support has been great — Iris has been very helpful and guided us through the initial setup. Good experience starting out.

I was using a different ADA app for a while and wasn't happy with it. I searched for another one and came across Avada. It has been wonderful so far. It was easy to install and set up, and it has all of the features I was looking for. I had a slight issue with one of their services not working for me, but I reached out for help and was able to get it resolved very quickly. I am very happy with this app.

So far so good - Olivia from support helped to solve issues with in depth evaluation. Overall app is really cool, it should meet any expectations. While yes, accessibility features are not often used it's better to resort to app like this one to make sure its constantly up to date. Recommended!
Not only is the app itself great and easy to use, but their support team is very fast and helpfull. I reached out with a problem, and Avery responded and fixed that very fast.

Their customer support is quick and kind so we really appreciated their service as well. This app has been extremely helpful in getting our site up to ADA compliance. The customer service has been excellent. I was able to chat with Zim, and he helped me with numerous items on my site. Zim, was able to walk me through precisely fixing my issues, he also was able to be a collaborator on my site to fix a problem I could not resolve. This app is so helpful for understanding how to make your website accessible and protect yourself legally. Its' extensive accessibility widget settings seamlessly integrate into my website, and I love that it has so many options for button and window styles, colors, display options, etc. It also works great with different languages. What is the best is their help desk team - I'm in the final stages of site development, and thought my site was good to go with just the standard full set of accessibility settings enabled for my store - they are a great start, but when I finally did a full site accessibility scan with the help of one of the personnel on chat, Ethan, it opened my eyes to how much more deep the requirements for accessibility compliance are. Best part is, is that after your page/site scan it will show you exactly what was flagged, your legal risk factor, and guidance on HOW to fix the issue. If you can't figure out how to fix it with that, then refer to their great team for help - they are very knowledgeable!

If you are a shopify store owner worried if you can be sued because you are not ADA compliant, read this: 1: Why I chose this app from over 1200 apps that came up when I typed in ADA WCAG in the Shopify APP finder. It had at the time the most 5 star reviews. 2: Did it work out? Yes. It was scary at first that the first scan I did said that my site was failing big time and that I was at a huge risk if sued. BUT... it laid out all the url's that had errors, and fixed a lot of them itself. 3: I thought it could fix everything, but this app doesn't do that. So I had to set about fixing them myself. 4: Fortunately, I just had to cut and paste SEA's errors into Shopify's AI and the AI showed me how to fix them. 5: 12 hours work over two days and I am now 100% ADA compliant per the latest scan. 6: The various techs that helped me over the two days were all terrific.
I finally went to cross off "accessibility" on my website and went to this app. At first I was confused, and then I missed an important step (all my fault) . I went to chat and was greeted by olivia. She showed outstanding knowledge and true support as she guided me through what to do. I get frustrated at the drop of the hat, and she so easily fixed me up and showed me where I fell off the path. The app is super easy to use, and has very useful- but not overwhelming or super technical reports / verbiage. I'll certainly keep this company in mind when I am ready to scale. It does what it needs to, easily, and there is top of class support right there. Thanks again, Olivia!
Haley at support was of great help! Answered all my questions and concerns. App works well and provides adequete information on their reports, as well as added accessibility with the widget.
The app didn't work for us so I promptly removed the app after 4 days and I am still being charged $190 USD. I looked for a contact form or email but this is the only means I had to communicate with the author. Please refund my money it's not right to charge me that amount. I upgraded from the trial to test the options I needed but they weren't what we needed after all. Randal UPDATE: After I explained my situation, they were more than happy to refund my money. I would give their customer service a 5-Star. Don't hesitate to try them for your store.
The app is very user-friendly and has helped me identify and fix many WCAG compliance issues on my store. A special thanks to Avery from customer support for incredibly responsive, quick, and thorough in helping me resolve my issue. Highly recommend this app to anyone looking to improve their store’s accessibility and compliance!

Easy to install app that has all the requirements we needed for accessibility compliance. The app is free to install and use which I find to be convenient for startups who are still pre-revenue. There are plenty of custom branding settings that you can adjust yourself and remember to contact support to remove their branding, which is free! Additional customization of the app is also available if you contact their support team. I find the app overall easy to use, easy to setup, and overall, its free to use for up to 1000 impressions. Thanks for making this available for everything!

I really cant say enough good things about this app and the customer support team who have helped me to set up and customize. I've had several customizations that I wanted to make to keep the app styling consistent with the rest of my shop. Kipuka and Olivia were able to work with their development team to understand exactly the changes that I wanted, and implement them exactly as I described. It's a great app, with a lot of great reporting and functionality to keep our shop ADA compliant.
