Experience with support has been helpful - working with Alex, Andre, and Sweetan. I generally receive a response fairly quickly. Sweetan has always been super helpful in being able to make the changes on my behalf, based on the information I've provided without me having to do them.

Shogun's customer service is second-to-none. I sent a request to get help with getting access to my account and got a response from James in (literally) five minutes. The app itself is amazing in allowing me to customize my shop theme however I'd like, but I really judge a product on how it handles error resolution and Shogun is exactly what you hope for when you've got a problem. They're responsive, have the answers to fix your problem, and get you back up and running with your day in minutes. I was incredibly impressed. Love Shogun!

Excellent customer support and product. Shogun makes it so easy to design and set up custom pages and if there is ever an issue there customer service is 5 stars! Could not see having a Shopify site without Shogun.

We use Shogun on all of our Shopify sites as it helps us quickly spin up designs without wasting time struggling with limited theme design blocks or custom code. Support has been amazing, Andre and the team are always quick to respond to any questions that we have. So grateful for this app!

The support team is the diamond. Yeah the builder works, its UI is intuitive, there are built in AB capabilities, all the bells and whistles. However, online it all works until it doesn't. This is where the supports matters! Responsive and knowledgeable! We were updating a theme and something broke. Mobile CSS issue. Within minutes the support identified the line that was giving us hardships in our theme. They saved us days in QAQC, development and helped us bring the new theme in front of our customers. On Shopify the biggest cost is the opportunity cost! Thanks Sweetan! You are a Rockstar!

I've been using this app for more than a couple of years now. It's an excellent app with excellent features. Andre and the support team gave me 5 star customer support. The only downside is that it's a little bit pricy.

Amazing support, Sweetan took the time to send me a video to help me understand the relationship between padding, maximum heights across different devices and other things that were/are very confusing for me. Using sections, the app has made a big difference to my home page as I do have limited options within my theme. So now the options are limitless.

I love the Shogun app - it's a very complete, powerful framework that allows quiet a bit of customization. I recently had an issue where the Shogun team had made changes to how a specific element worked within the interface, and I communicated to their support how the old manner the element worked was actually one of the best things Shogun had going. By the next day Support contacted me back telling me they had decided to hold off on the new change, they put the element back how it used to work. And said they would update it later on once they included some of original working mode. Their support team actually welcomes and listens to customer feedback. That is something that is not common from an app developer.
Great customer service. Easy, intuitive platform for creating custom landing pages or a/b testing variations of product detail pages.

Andre is the man!! He was patient and he tested the page on the mobile browser where I was having the issue. He then figured out the issue which was caused by a mistake from one of our team member and sent me a loom on what is happening and how to fix it. Thanks Andre for your patience and your help. I am in awe with how quickly the support team responds to my questions every single time! The Shogun app has allowed us to add custom pages and sections to our website that are beyond the capabilities of the normal Shopify templates. Anytime we run into an issue or a question about how to use a certain feature of the app, the Shogun support team has been super responsive and helpful in walking us through to a resolution.

I like the many customization options this offers, but of course you'll run into issues or questions. Luckily, Shogun has one of the best support teams I've ever encountered. The live chat is super convenient and their support team members will work through any problem you have with you. Or even just fix it for you!

This app gives you flexibility of how you can design your website and make it look more professional. Also the support is excellent, we had a small issue and Justine replied instantly to our email and the issue has been fixed!
Amazing customer service from Sweetan at Shogun. I emailed him with a problem 9:30pm and he got back very quickly with a series of responses that resolved the issue.

While I occasionally encounter challenges using this landing page app, the chat support always provides an excellent experience. The representatives are incredibly helpful and patient. the page builder interface itself is great, but the excellent customer support makes this 5 stars. the live chat support has some really knowledgeable staff who responds with solutions in seconds. easily one of the top 5 app support teams on shopify Update: 11/2024 support is still great and going strong!
