Loyalty Lion made our transition from our previous loyalty app provider incredibly smooth. From onboarding to setup, the entire process was seamless and well-organized, with a series of helpful orientation calls to guide us through each step. A special shoutout to Sammy, who was extremely responsive and supportive—especially when it came to implementing the custom features we needed. The migration was impressively quick, with no disruptions to our customers, who didn’t notice any changes on their end. We were able to successfully launch our new loyalty program within just a month. Truly impressed with the level of service and professionalism from the Loyalty Lion team!

I must commend Luke, their founder, for personally assisting me with my requests for additional features to be added on the app. The support team has been very accommodating and very quick to deploy their new updates. The app is very easy to use and navigate. We carefully vetted the available loyalty stamp apps on the shopify store and this is perhaps the best one there is - great backend & frontend UI with great customer app support.
I really like this app. Good customer service. The support team are very helpful and available 24/7.

The app worked really well for our flows. Had an issue once and customer support was really quick in responding. Laura who assisted us was very accommodating.

Great team to work with. Takes a bit of time to get your head around the app but once you do there are plenty of problems that can be solved.
The only feed that you will need. Service is amazing. The best thing si that the app is constantly updated for changes in Google/Bing/FB requirements. BTW don't be fooled by the name, the app works for FB (Catalog) and Bing Marketing and Bing Webmaster tools

Just awful. App constantly creates ghost products and ghost variants, despite the assistance of support staff. Have wasted SO MUCH time trying to get this app working. Our dev team has given up. Just so mentally exhausting.

Our goal has always been to make Bundle Builder as powerful and flexible as possible, however like any 3rd party app we unfortunately have to work around the limitations of the core platform. This is why we made the conscious decision to use ghost product and variants. We would be happy to discuss how these can be used effectively if you'd like to contact our support team. We monitor Shopify’s own feature releases very closely and fully intend to simplify the app’s functionality as soon as this is possible.
