We used to love this app. I do not know what happened though cause the last two years+ we were billing almost $1,000 a year - We didn't approve this and would like a credit! We primary use a different app. this is crazy

Used to be an amazing app. They were recently bought and now the customer service SUCKS now! Way over priced. Such a bummer. Tom with stamped was the whole Reason we stayed with this app. Customer service is EVERYTHING!!
This company will take your money and supply fake reports. They also have a problem with their software in which prices show up with commas and not decimals. Wouldn't take accountability for the issue. Don't recommend this app.

Alex here, from RetargetApp. The currency in all assets created by RetargetApp (product feed, product catalog and RetargetApp-powered ads) was all recorded in the same way as it is presented in your store - with a period, i.e. $89.95. However, in certain countries the ads are displayed with a comma by default, i.e. $89,95 - these are the regional interface settings we cannot influence in any way. We want you to be sure that both our campaign settings and the reports we provide are 100% correct and accurate - this is why I would like to offer you to give a try to a new version of RetargetApp where you can access your campaign stats directly in Ads Manager. Cool concept But it needs some improving. Support also won't help you customize anything- unlike other app support. Not very friendly. We also find it a bit expensive for what you get.
Amazing app and Jenna is awesome at customer service, very prompt in responding. Phone support is so important. We love how easy the app is to run and make changes on in the back end.
Never works to disable and add products. Spent 3 hours today and it is still not working. DO NOT recommend this app.
Awful app. Cannot customize the email. So it says from AFTERSHIP and not our company name. Support takes way to long to answer and they don't have phone support. Do not recommend.

Way expensive if you want to see real SEO or google results. The "publish to website button" its difficult to use. The plans beyond basic absolutely ridiculously priced!!!

After using GoShippo for a while on our store due to there per shipment pricing, we began to outgrow their service. Shipstation is a full-service shipping application. Including excellent customer service, seamless integration, a nice mobile app, constant updates, custom tracking information, and a number of other custom features for your store.
