I’ve been using ShopUpz to integrate my Etsy orders with Shopify, and it’s been a great experience so far! The app was very easy to set up and has worked smoothly and reliably for my business, making it much easier to manage my Etsy orders through Shopify. What I especially appreciate is the support. Shirly is incredibly helpful and responsive whenever I have a question or run into something I’m unsure about. This is the second time she has personally helped me resolve an issue, and both times she took the time to look into it and explain exactly what needed to be done. Works flawlessly and they even implemented a brand new feature on request. Amazing app!

App now works perfectly with Etsy, the bi-directional link pulls orders into Shopify, and pushes fulfillment and tracking info back to Etsy without error. You do need your Etsy and Shopify SKUs to match for the orders to be pulled in correctly.

Such a seamless process and they have the best team!

I am new to this app but so far I have found it easy to navigate and use. It saved me hours and hours of work entering my inventory from Shopify into Etsy, and now having my Etsy orders visible in Shopify. I also had amazing customer support from Shirly and the service and speed in which the issue was resolved was very impressive. Shirly was dedicated to finding and fixing the problem. Great app that keeps my inventory synced between my Shopify store and Etsy shop. Even better customer service - when my connection between the two shops expired, which I think was my doing - I was changing all of my passwords and logins in my accounts - I got an email from the app owner right away letting me know to reconnect them with the exact steps.

I highly recommend this App! it's easy to use. I had some problems exporting my listings because of missing information on my end, I contacted customer service and they were very responsive. We exchanged emails, they offered to have a call to give direct instructions, I ended up adding them as collaborators and they fixed what needed to be fixed very quickly. I had all my listings up in the hour! I appreciate the responsiveness and talking to a human instead of being stuck interacting with a bot.

I had a problem with customers ordering inventory that should have been marked out of stock. Well Shirly helped me very quickly via the chat and we discovered that some of my SKUS were linked to other products. Aka user error on my part! Super fast and helpful customer service. Love this app and I always feel like I can rely on Shirly to help if something goes wrong.

We had been using the Shopify Marketplace Connect app for etsy integration for years but they recently deprecated it and stopped supporting it. So I gave this app a try and it has worked out well for what we need. Our primary concern is keeping our inventory sync'ed from our Shopify fulfillment location to etsy to prevent over-selling and it does a great job at that. We started with 300 products already published to etsy, and the linking process with our Shopify listings was a little painful and time consuming, but once linked, updating etsy listings with title, description and images works well. We also published about 30 new products to etsy and that worked with no issues. Orders come over to Shopify with no problems. I have been in contact with the developer multiple times and they responded very quickly and meaningfully and have made several enhancements in direct response to our needs. This product seems to be quickly evolving so I expect it get even better with time. One thing to note is that there are newish limitations on the etsy API side of things (at least in the USA), and not related to this app: addresses do not come over with orders so you have to manually update the Shopify order after its been imported. Once fulfilled in Shopify, tracking numbers do not update to etsy, so you have to manually add it there. For high-volume etsy stores this could be a major issue but no app can help with that.

Definitely the cleanest mapping of any inventory, Shirly was helpful when I had questions. If etsy is your main go-to and you don't want the headache of complex mapping, this is the app to get.

FIRST of all before you connect Etsy to your Shopify, get your Etsy all set up. Set up your fixed shipping profile and if you like the profile you will use later, you can change all this later, then start uploading. The app worked as promised. Sure what I needed was of course the pricier option but it worked and was 100% worth the cost. Made copying my inventory as painless as they could've made it.

ShopUpz App is a lifesaver when you have 2 sbops on Etsy and Shopify, as you don't need to flick through both places trying to manually adjust stock changes. And Shirly's customer support is just amazing. Not even all my questions were answered, even a few tech changes were made in-app to accommodate my requests. I would highly recommend everyone who has 2 shops on Shopify and Etsy to use this App.

I tried to use another app to import and manage my inventory, but it kept pulling up errors. Then I found this app which worked perfectly. It updates the inventory every 20 minutes across both platforms which is great.

I started out with Shopify. I was interested in linking Shopify with Etsy. Shirly in support, through a series of contacts and a couple of google meetings was able to help me sort out a few things: 1-fixed shipping on Etsy 2-Export listing on Shopify 3-Sync my orders between both applications. I could not have done it without Shirly, patience, quick response, and experience. Excellent customer support and videos!

It's simple. It's a relief compared to how long my learning curve has been with other apps. Also, the customer service is extremely responsive. Even on a Sunday. I recommend highly ShopUpZ over the other Etsy apps I have tried. Good luck out there!

This is super simple and is saving me a great deal of time uploading my SKU"s to Etsy. I think the trick is to watch all the How-to videos before you start. Then just upload a few items to get familiar with how Etsy handles your new listing when its imported. Then start uploading larger numbers of SKU's. I've had no issues and it even helped me identify an item in my Shopify store that was missing information giving me the opportunity to correct that listing. I am very happy with the app so far. There are more segments I haven't worked with yet but so far, I highly recommend this app.

This app is absolutely amazing. Beyond words! But what really makes the difference is the Customer Support, especially when you have so many apps to choose from. I was terrified to sync my Etsy store with Shopify, as we have a pretty good amount of products. Shirly was extremely helpful and patient and without her I wouldn’t be able to successfully sync my shops so quickly and to manage all of my orders from one platform. This was, at first, very frustrating for me, I had no idea what I was doing, and I was not going to use the app. However, after speaking with Shirly, she went over the app in extensive detail and showed me step-by-step how to use the app to work efficiently.

This application is truly amazing! I have over 100 items in Shopify and it would have been such a hassle to enter each item one by one in the Etsy app. It does exactly what is described in the features. I suggest watching the tutorials, following the instructions exactly as told, and double-checking what features you have enabled. I had a user error by not enabling the order sync feature. However, their customer support is exceptional. Shirly contacted me directly and walked me through my issue. I highly recommend!

Support is always accessible and kind. We don't talk to machines, but to real people trying to solve our problem and continuously improve the app. It's a very simple tool to use too. I highly recommend.

It took a few days to get set up right, but just message Shirley the app developer and she will get you going. It does not copy over videos, and you have to add sku's to the products you want to sync. You also have to manually upload any new listings- it does not auto-update based on a collection unfortuately. Etsy only accepts tags with 20 characters, so do not select "copy tags" -you will need to make different tags for etsy, and have flat rate (not calculated) shipping selected for the import, then you can change it back... Im hopeful that this will be worth it because etsy and google search have a good thing going.

Was searching for ages for a simple app that would sync orders & inventory! This app is perfect & has various control functions e.g. removal of duplicate order ids that can let me sleep well at night. Big recommend

This app helped me so much. If you start out on shopify and need to integrate into etsy it does an amazing job helping you create the listings and not having to start from complete scratch. I had over 80 listing and it took very little time to adjust them. The only thing I HD to figure out was how to fix the shipping. Once you have your listings on the site you can change your shipping profile. Way to go. Love this app.

I'm now also selling wholesale on Faire and they have an app to connects to Shopify but not to Etsy. But thanks to this app indirectly all the stock stays up to date on all 3 platforms!
