While the concept of this app is noble, lately my shop has been receiving an influx of fraudulent 50 cent transactions using the Planet app item as the sole item purchased. Luckily we delay capture on the charges and are able to cancel these orders using a Flow automation. But it creates a lot of clutter in the order list. I would love to see the developer team restrict this item from being purchased as the sole item in the shopping cart. Ideally it should only be available with other shippable physical items in the cart. I'm really sorry to hear about the fraudulent transactions. Unfortunately, your suggestion to restrict this item from being purchased isn't something we can do. I'm glad to hear that at least your Flow automation is helping. I'd also recommend reviewing Shopify's built-in fraud filters and bot protection settings, which could help here. — Planet App Team

This is hands down the best bundle app available for converting existing variants into bundles of active or unlisted products. I am now using this app for two stores and it works beautifully. The best part is that I can use variants within a product to create the bundles for other variants. This allowed me to avoid having to create brand new products and create a mess of my store. The support staff has been especially helpful. They reply promptly and follow-up multiple times to make sure all my questions are addressed thoroughly.

This app is a lifesaver for quickly replacing images in store with white backgrounds. It does a really clean job on detailed edges. The only place where I had less than perfect results was on images that had black components against dark shadows. When I first used the app, I was having an issue with the variant images not being replaced by the new image. Axel was extremely responsive and investigated the problem thoroughly and then released an update to the app which addressed the issue. Everything is working great now in my shop (Dawn theme). I haven’t tried many of the other photo background remover apps, but I can certainly say this app saved me a ton of time and frustration. This app has been an easy and affordable way to offload a lot of customer support related to order cancellations and edits. Dave and team are very responsive to emails and recently rolled out updates for the new Shopify Thank You and Order Status pages. Dave was also very responsive to an issue I discovered regarding the refunding of duties related to Markets Pro orders. One tip to share with my fellow merchants: implement a Flow automation to delay payment capture on new orders so that when customers cancel and create new orders (for edits) you don't lose the Shopify payments fees.

The app is super easy to use. Sam was very quick to respond to my request to tweak some CSS to better integrate the widget with my store. So far everything is working beautifully and customers are interacting with the widget. I should have installed this app years ago.

Mehak and team are super responsive and helpful. They recently helped me migrate all of their wholesale apps to a new theme, and then did a theme update when the theme I had chosen got a new version. They have consistently turned around my customization requests in a day or two. Communication is excellent. Their family of apps works really well together, but most of all the people behind them offer really excellent support.

I've been having such great success using this app that I decided to install it for a second business I have. It's such a useful tool to quantify product demand and set customer expectations, especially during this current era of supply chain shortages and logistics uncertainties. By having moneyless pre-orders I can make long-term forecasts for demand and place orders with my vendors accordingly. If customers decide to cancel their pre-order I don't have to eat the loss of merchant fees like I would with other pre-order apps. I've made number of feature requests and the developer, Oli, has been super responsive and receptive. He always responds to my emails very promptly (usually within a day) and has gone out of his way to help me get my store up and running with some style tweaks. That level of service is why it was a no-brainer for me to install the app for store #2. If you are looking for a flexible way to take pre-orders with deposits or no money up front, then look no further then this very clever app!

This app makes it super easy for customers (especially B2B) to easily download a PDF copy of their invoice directly from their order confirmation. When I needed to have the company name of customers added to the invoice template, the developer promptly responded and made that change for me. Thanks for helping me streamline my business with this app!

This app is truly a cornerstone of the two online stores I have. I've been using it on the first store for a number of years now, before it was a Pixel Union product, and recently added it to my second store. I can confidently say that it's on my top 3 favorite apps list. Not only do I use it to run complex sale campaigns with bundle and upsell offers, but I also use it to manage wholesale orders with tiered pricing only available to tagged customers. The way it integrates with the store's style is very nicely done. It's been relatively easy to customize where widgets and notifications are shown, even for someone with little coding background. When I've need help, the folks at Pixel Union always respond promptly and thoroughly. They helped me sort through app conflict issues a number of times, even when their app isn't the one causing the problems. Both the app and the people at Pixel Union have earned this 5-star rating.
