Love the tracking capability. It's also easy to provision our subscriptions and tiers for the subscriptions.

Had a wonderful experience working with Roberto Schmidt during the Recharge -> Shopify migration. We spoke in a pre-migration meeting and he was able to walk me through every nuance and identify every scenario that could possibly go wrong while reassuring me that they have protocols in place for all of those. We performed some testing together and saw that the results were what we expected and he finished the full migration on the following Monday. Throughout the process he has done a very good job at responding to questions and keeping us informed on what is going on. I don't think this migration would have been this smooth with anyone else.

The service itself is a bit clunky in that reporting requires a bit of learning curve and there is no reporting automation as far as I know, but on the plus side the core functionality works and their support team is responsive, personable, and very helpful!
