Updated Review I wanted to update my review now that my issue has been resolved. I received a reply from Shane at Oiizes Support, and I’m truly grateful for the clear explanation and the help provided. My store has now been accepted for connection with Synclogic, and I’m currently just waiting for my new supplier to approve the final connection. Although I do wish the supplier approval process moved a bit faster, I’m genuinely thankful for the support I received and the progress made. Because of this, I’m updating my review to 5 stars. Thank you for taking the time to help me get everything back on track.

The efficiency, helpfulness and ease-of-use of this App - for this price - is unfathomable! Running multiple brands across multiple geographic regions with differing Shopify Expansion stores brings with it innumerable challenges... but Syncing Inventory isn't one of them! All thanks to SyncLogic. Definitely could not live without this App in our Tech Stack.

My 5 star rating comes from the amazing customer service I received from Shane when trying to navigate through the syncing options and inventory. I basically received a 30 min in-depth tutorial, over the phone, about the different functions SyncLogic has to offer and what I should do to make sure my shop remains synced with my wholesaler. What I did learn, that can help others, is to watch the video they provide! After 1.5 months and several hours of trying to navigate the products synced, I learned watching that video could have helped me understand a lot more early on. I now feel extremely at ease knowing my products are correctly synced and my settings are geared towards my needs. Thank you so much Shane!

Tested multiple inventory sync apps and this one is the best value for money. Reliable and quick and to the point support. Could use more functionality but some other apps that are seemingly more advanced turn out not working.

We have used SyncLogic for almost 6 years now. It has been a huge time-saver for us and solves a really important problem for us, of quickly and seamlessly syncing products across multiple Expansion Stores. We have heard horror stories of other brands using other solutions to sync inventory and product details, and things taking too long to connect, resulting in huge oversells and inventory issues during heavy traffic time periods. We have never had any issues and have a huge amount of trust and respect for the SyncLogic Team and Product. Highly recommend.

SyncLogic has worked really well for syncing our two stores with a shared catalogue and inventory. It's a great value app, and it's versatile - you can choose exactly what product attributes to sync. I.e. use it for only inventory or only product descriptions if you choose. Also very responsive and thorough support should the need arise. Highly recommend.

I loved having Synclogic in my last business, which has worked seamlessly as it should have for the last 4 years or so. I've been using SyncLogic for over a year and have had a great experience. My installation process was incredibly simple and I've received great support from the team. I have a number of applications running on my storefront and haven't experienced any disruptions from SyncLogic. If you are looking for an easy way to connect your products to another storefront for drop-shipping this is an affordable and simple option. I highly recommend it as drop-shipping is a great revenue builder for our brand!

Great app and good support! We have used this app for a long time to sync products between some of our expansion stores and it's always worked perfectly! I love the feature that allows us to alter the price ratio between stores in particular as this gives us the ability to tweak a stores pricing depending on currency fluctuations.

This App has saved us lots of time in updating the inventory between two stores. It is reliable and sufficient. Most importantly the support we have got until we have completed the job was outstanding. Honestly, the questions were being answered quickly and the challenges related to our scenario were handled professionally. It's great to sync 2 stores and copy the inventory across so that it can be tracked but it doesn't yet have the ability to sync orders. The support team are great though and very quick to answer queries and help out with any issues.Looking forward to the next upgrade!

Can I give SIX stars?! These guys have been awesome. Excellent support of numerous "what if" questions. This tool is tying together a Shopify Retail and another Wholesale store. It also is allowing me to sell on other platforms and propagate the sales back to both carts, with ease. I've been going nuts for years trying to keep inventory straight across multiple sites... SyncLogic is doing it without costing $100s per month.

Never Before have i experienced such amazing technical support, thank you Shane!!. I downloaded sync logic as I need to connect both stores inventory. Also I want a system to list directly to my second Shopify site, so all I now need to do is rewrite unique content for the second site listings once it adds them, this will save hours of work each month If you need the same requirements as mine above you will find it hard to beat this app for price, other apps offer similar features but are too expensive and complex. This app is so easy once you have set it up. This is the only app I could find that could do it for a reasonable price. Shane was there on the phone to help me really quickly, even though I am in the UK and he is in Canada. So far the app if working great I simply gave shane my login permissions for both my wholesale and retail sites and he set it all up for me, I just told him what sync rules I wanted and it was easy as pie. The interface is so simple to use. Looking forward to using this longterm Thanks

I actually got this app based on reviews, and it is amazing app. If you have more than one store / if you have stores in different currencies / or you have one physical store and one online store, this app helps to manage your inventory. We have only one warehouse (one stock) which we sell in multiple channels. You can make your main store where you sell the most - 'parent' shop, then other shops will be 'child' shops. 'Parent' shop will sync for you quantities being sold so you dont have to update manually. The developers support is very quick, they try to reply immediately. Shane is very helpful and he suggest thing you can improve, which is so useful!

Talk about a useful app. This keeps an active inventory that makes it so your one site can hold inventory for all of your other stores. Great for sites that have multiple brands but don't want to do multiple stock checks. Really helpful staff as well who seem to be open to ideas of even expanding their app. Looking forward to what this app is working on.

Simple but effective. This team works really well to get back to you quickly and make sure you understand. If you are trying to run multiple Shopify stores and have the same items on other stores this will help you keep an active inventory. So if you have 60 it will say you have 60 on both sites and when someone buys 1 item it will be 59 on both. Simple but amazing. This helped us immensely. We were taking too much time doing inventory checks on multiple sites. Their team made sure we understood how to sync the product and now it has saved us countless hours a month.

This apps works perfectly, i had some questions about this app and sent them a email. i got a reply almost immediately I would defiantly recommend this app to anyone who has two stores and would like to sync inventory between them.

Would be good to have a list of common things it doesn't do. But there is enough things it does do very well to provide plenty of time saving value! The real value is in their support. Extremely fast and helpful! Well done Jason and team.

SyncLogic's customer service is incredible! Their email response time is sometimes only a couple minutes and if we have any issues at all they are on it and get the problem fixed right away! Shane in particular has been a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend!
