Absolutely avoid them. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with an app. After installing their code, it caused major issues with our Shopify store. Orders weren’t coming through properly, and tags were being applied incorrectly. I reached out and asked for the code to be removed, but even that didn’t resolve the issues. Eventually, I went ahead and removed everything myself - only to find they had still left code embedded in the site. Completely unacceptable. For those looking to use this for marketing or to boost sales, I’d be extremely cautious. Based on what I’ve seen, there’s a high risk of completely false attribution, as their code is scattered all over the place. It’s going to cost you in more ways than one. I’ve reached out multiple times for help, and still haven’t had any meaningful response from their team. Absolutely horrendous. Avoid at all costs.

We’re sorry to hear this experience didn’t meet your expectations. For clarity, Visually uses Shopify cart attributes for internal tracking only. If an order originated from a cart created while Visually was installed, those attributes may still appear on the order after uninstall. This is expected Shopify behavior and does not mean active Visually code is still running on the store. “Extremely disappointed with Searchanise. During our busiest day of the year, the app went down, costing us hundreds of orders. We invested heavily in ads, email campaigns, and promotions, all wasted because of their failure. No proactive communication or adequate resolution. If you value reliability, think twice before using this service.” In conclusion a really unreliable app.

It appears that we had a partial degradation of our search functionality which affected 7-10% of our clients. When it comes to the Overall uptime of our search, this year it was 99,975%. Excellent Loyalty Platform with robust features and a wide range of integrations. Prompt response to queries and help from David, Lynn and Jade. All three have been fantastic with resolving any queries we have had.

Excellent integration with Shopify and good functionality available for the price. We have been happy with Omnisend so far and look forward to working with them going forwards. For improvement, we hope they are able to improve and develop their new editor. Currently we are using their old version as the new one is lacking some functionality. I have been told their development teams are working on this as a priority so hopefully this will be completed soon.
I have been very happy with their support so far. The team has been very proactive and helpful and done their best for us to maximise the use of their trial and get our app submitted to the app stores promptly. Great app functionality, however I've had to change my review to 2 stars. The app was and still is listed in Shopify as Free, however a couple of months after using the app (after you have built some subscribers), they freeze it until you pay charges. The plans they offer are very high in price. It is just very misleading to list it as Free in the Shopify store, when it isn't free. We have had to now uninstall the app as it is very costly for what it is. Despite being so misleading, if it were a reasonable price I would still have continued to use it.
