Regarding the charge you mentioned: you were subscribed to our Pay-as-you-go plan, which is billed based on your store's total monthly order volume. To help avoid surprises, the estimated monthly cost is always displayed clearly in the Account Settings inside the app before charges apply. We also noticed that you contacted our support team about this, and we replied shortly after, but haven’t heard back yet. We couldn't use this app as it doesn't support Basic Store Plans. We wanted the Wrapin feature to be on our cart page and you can't have that which is a shame. Had to uninstall, support was very good though and they tried their best.

Great app and really easy to use. I use this on two of my sites for personalised products. Customer support is also perfect and very quick to assist with minor setup issues. Thank you

Great app and very easy to use. I have installed on a couple of my sites and hopefully it will generate extra sales.
